Location of this hotel hotel is nice because it’s close to the beach. But the service is not warm welcoming. and this hotel if you are a smoker, you can’t smoke inside because they don’t have balconies. So you have to pick your ass down and smoke outdoors. 

Simple rooms, but everything you need. The rooms that gave away from the street aren’t very noisy. It was very clean, appreciated the extra water left outside the door, even when I didn’t want my room cleaned. Location is great as it is near the beach, the bus stops and bars. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The hotel has two advantages - location: the beach is across the road, restaurants too, 7/11 market is also across the road, bus stop, ideal. The second advantage is the price, it is very economical compared to the rest. A good factor is the adjacent restaurant “Louis Kitchen” where breakfasts are served (very monotonous, but taste good - boiled eggs, fried eggs, can give you a present - the cook is standing at the stove, ham, chicken sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, potatoes fried in curry, Asian noodles or vegetables with pork or TomYam, rice, pineapples, watermelons, dragon fruit, toasts, juices from the machine, tea, coffee, jams 2 types. - so every day, you will not remain hungry, but it gets a little boring on the 4-5th day of stay. They cook well, during the day it is powerful to order from the menu, there were no poisonings. The staff who clean the rooms - tries very hard, washes away the sand, removes garbage, puts shower gels every day, the room is clean, we left a tip of 50-100 baht. But the bed was sometimes made with stains (in the photo) they simply cannot be washed off, this is of course unacceptable in hotels (( here is a minus for the hotel administration, and not only for this, you need to deal with the hotel, analyze the rooms, service (not to mention cleaning - there is simply none, well, except that they give clean towels to the beach, again, if you do not bring a towel from the beach right away to the reception - they will deduct a deposit from you and say sorry! This is just shocking!!! In general, I give the administrators and the manager a big minus and a rating of 2!! Reception -3! The staff cleaning the rooms -4. Now the minuses Only the deluxe room has a balcony, the rest of the rooms only have a window. There are few deluxe rooms. In the photo, it is exactly that. The view from the window onto the inner courtyard is in the photo, this is good because it is quiet and you can’t hear noise from the street, but the view itself leaves much to be desired. The hotel is tired, the wooden doors are old, the air conditioner is old but cools normally. The room is certainly not a deluxe level, there is something to compare it to, it is scary to imagine what is in the standard rooms 🙈. The hotel looks like a hostel - two 3-story buildings with long corridors and stairs. The reception is on the 1st floor next to the restaurant. What I didn't like especially!!! They only give you one key per room and even if you want to walk separately, you will beg and ask for another key, they will refuse you and just pretend that you are not there. They refuse to give you a second blanket, only one and that's it, and asking is useless. The reception is not very interested in solving your problems. When we checked in, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, it was just dangling, I showed it to the reception, they said oh wow, send a video, I sent it. That's all. I had a screwdriver with me and after 4 days of waiting I fixed it myself. It would be nice if the hotel learned to listen to its guests and the reception would try to solve problems, help, and not wave them away like annoying flies with a dissatisfied face ((( it was unpleasant ((( In general, the hotel can be considered, but I don’t want to go there a second time. I can only recommend it for a low-budget vacation. But you have to remember that in Phuket, the hotel is far from the most important thing, but a comfortable stay is no less important!

We took it as a temporary place to stay, so that we could rent it for a couple of months. It's good that we didn't stay there permanently. There are a lot of cockroaches running around the room, they live in the mattress. The staff is aware of this and the most they could do was give them a spray that kills them locally. The next day a new batch crawls in)). Everything is shabby and run-down, I knew that you can't check into rooms with windows facing the street, so I asked for a room with an exit to the courtyard. If you go to this hotel, do not take rooms with windows facing the street under any circumstances, otherwise you won't sleep until one in the morning)))

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk along the busiest street of Karon in the evening, as it is located right there. Our windows overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet at night. Cosmetic repairs are fresh. The walls were recently repainted, the mattress is comfortable, quite hard, as I like. When booking, I indicated that we were newlyweds, and they upgraded our room to Deluxe for free and added late check-out. It was very nice. The only nuance was that the water was not very hot. It seems that since it was cloudy, the water did not heat up from the sun. But after contacting the reception, the water became warm, as if from a flow-through boiler. Cleaning was every day. Towels were changed every 2 days. Beach towels were given out at the reception upon request. I liked staying at the hotel.

Excellent hotel, at our request we were given a quiet room with windows facing the courtyard. All shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are nearby. Breakfasts are delicious, nothing extra.

Not a bad hotel to stay for the night / 2. There are bars nearby and the music is very loud. There are no brushes in the room, no tea/coffee. But there is soap, gel, shampoo. There are a lot of shops, across the road is Sevan Elevan, which is very convenient

The location is great and staff are really helpful. Room is very basic, more like a 2 star but its very clear and towels changed everyday. Restaurant nice downstairs. The beach is lovely here and there is a gorgeous Italian at the end of the road. Great location for trips like big budda, elephant sanctuary ex...

We stayed at this hotel from February 3 to February 13, 2024. The opinion is twofold. Two buildings of 4 floors each, looking like a dorm, without balconies or territory. But we didn’t need that; we only spent the night and had breakfast at the hotel. In the room: a safe, a refrigerator, some furniture, two beds, a kettle and two glasses (coffee and mugs were brought to us on the last day), toiletries, a shower - a shower head on the wall, a hole in the floor. Cleaning every day (wash the floor, make the bed). Every day they left 2 bottles of water. They write that the renovation took place in 2022. Well, it’s like a renovation, it’s been greased and repainted in some places and everything looks fine. Breakfast is decent (sausages, ham, country-style potatoes, eggs/omelet, pasta/noodles/rice with or without meat, various soups, vegetables, greens, fruit watermelon and pineapple, 3 types of juices, milk, cereal, tea, coffee, the only sweets are 2 types of jam. The hotel is located on the main street, opposite the "7" store, 5 minutes to the sea, "singing sand" under your feet, the beach is good, if you walk to the right towards the stones, you can snorkel, for comparison we visited Katu beach, I didn’t like it at all, Karon is better! By the way, there are the cheapest fruits and food from makashniks near the hotel, there is an evening market nearby (everything seems to be fine, BUT... if the room is on the odd side (like ours) then). It will be possible to sleep only after one in the morning, because the music from the cafe is screaming so loud that even the double windows can’t save us. For this, Alenka didn’t help us at the reception for any chocolates.

Terrible hotel. It's even worse to search. You definitely won’t sleep here, music is blaring from the bars opposite until 3 a.m., they clearly don’t know how to sing, in most cases they just scream to the music, all the noise can be heard from the corridor, the door doesn’t close tightly. We asked to change to a room with windows facing the courtyard, but were refused several times. Taping the windows with tape helped a little, but only a little. I couldn’t even connect to the Wi-Fi that was given at the reception, I used something else without a password, but it barely worked. There is no tea/coffee/sugar. The breakfasts are not very good, I didn’t go to them. The rooms are tired to say the least. Cleaning consisted only of washing the floor in visible places and making the bed, spilling a bag of coffee and no one even bothered to clean it up. There is no normal shower, everything flows onto the floor, the toilet, etc., the whole floor is then covered in water and sand. There are simply no towels for hands and face. There is no balcony, pool, or anything at all, it doesn’t even look like a hotel. Beach towels are provided at 10:00 sharp. In general, the only plus is the proximity of the sea.

Good location of the hotel, just a stone's throw from the beach, seven across the road, fruit shop between the hotel buildings. Breakfast is standard for three. Everything there is potatoes, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, ham, sausages. Every day one breakfast dish changes, maybe rice or noodles or something else Thai. As for fruits, watermelon and pineapple are good large pieces in sufficient quantity. The number of rooms was tired, we took a lady’s room with 2 large beds. The room itself is very small, no balcony, no dryer, no separate shower, water runs out of the wall without partitions or curtains.
