The location is a very good place easy to walk. If you love to walk the hotel work for you.

Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

Charge my $55 deposit for no reason. Tried to contact them but they are always busy. No way but dispute that from the bank

Very friendly stuff and very clean hotel

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Pioneer Square, convenient for shopping, and clean, but the service is not good. When I checked in, I found that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. I called the front desk twice and asked for delivery, but it was not delivered. We went out to eat and passed by the front desk to tell her that they said they would deliver it, but it was not delivered when we came back in the evening. Fortunately, we bought it ourselves when we went out. If it is not available, just say no. Hilton is a good hotel.

The environment and sanitary conditions are average

Parking is difficult and costs $50 a day, plus $20 for breakfast.

The room was small and didn't have any toiletries or slippers. The air conditioner in the room couldn't be adjusted to be warm, so I called the hotel and asked the hotel to bring a quilt. It didn't come one night. The next day, I went directly to the front desk to fool him and didn't bring the quilt.

Central location, two blocks away from Pioneer Square. There is no parking garage, Valet parking is required and costs $55 a night. The room was generally good.
