On the whole, it's pretty good, and it's not bad. To condemn Ctrip for lying! There is no such thing as entering a hydrophilic room or directly into the pool! !! The pool is small and it is a separate location, there is no room for direct access! !!

The environment is good. There is also a Chinese restaurant. Chinese food is a Chinese chef. Every time I come here, it is close to the airport. The transfer is very convenient. I can reach the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

We returned today after a 1 night stay(cation). The experience was pleasant all around...from check in to check out. the room was tastefully done up, with a small 'garden area', with 3 chairs (garden room category). The restaurants (Pyramisa, Salsa) served very good food, with generous portions. The breakfast was nicely laid out as well. The resort itself is a sight for sore eyes. The only caveat that may be relevant, is that the Pyramisa restaurant (which serves evening tea, breakfast) needs to be reached after climbing some stairs. Please check with the front desk in case there are guests with issues in climbing stairs.

I used gym service and found gym was good and it's instructor Mr Nausad has good knowledge of body building and also about diet. He has provided guidance me about body building. I have followed his guidance and feeling my body is getting re-shape. This type of instructor should be recommended to everyone

Very good hotel, the hotel rules are not allowed to accept tips! In addition, the hotel's grilled skewers are famous locally, and there is no place to make an appointment late! Breakfast is still not suitable, Indian hotel breakfast can not be too high! Eat more eggs.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton, Pune was simply superb! From the moment of reservation, the team went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel relaxed and completely at ease. The service was above & beyond - every small gestures to accommodate our requests, the staff made everything possible with a smile. Special thanks to Om from club lounge & Sapna from front desk for making our experience memorable. Club lounge upgrade is undoubtedly great & absolutely worth it. Just go for it. Breakfast spread at Three Kitchens was vast & good. Overall, highly recommend for anyone seeking true luxury & personalized hospitality!

There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

Hotel location is OK, there are some scattered shopping malls nearby, the distance is within 5KM, the train station is across the street. The facilities are relatively complete. The gym has enough aerobic equipment and less anaerobic equipment. Basically it is a set of dumbbells and a chest pusher. The pool and spa are just outside the gym. I tend to have three meals a day at the hotel. Breakfast, 70 RMB, more dishes and more seats; Chinese, dinner, and buffet dishes are a bit Indian, and I don't take care of tourists from other countries.
