Located at the heart of Rome near spanish steps. It is walking distance to everywhere making it super convenient. We had a nice Host as well Sonia.

One of the best accommodations we had on our month-long trip to Europe. Very convenient location with great surrounding shops and restaurants. Place is clean and host is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, 300m from the Spanish steps, 50m from all the evening restaurants & bars and 100m from the designer shops. Everything including the automated entry was easy, host was on hand on phone if any issues. Place was clean and well maintained & everything worked. Was the best value for money/location combination we could find on line and was happily impressed when we arrived. Would happily stay there again.

The location is great near the Spean Stairs, and there are so many restaurants where you can walk from morning to night to eat, and Carrefour is also nearby, so it's a very comfortable place to stay.

The room facilities are also good, similar to the level of three and a half stars in China, which is good in Europe. The bed is comfortable, there is also an electric kettle and a hair dryer, and there is an elevator. The location is good. Disadvantages: Located in the downtown area, the hotel is converted from an old house, and the windows facing the street are not soundproof at all. The time you can sleep is from 23:00 to 6:00 in the morning. The sound of delivery and the sound of people at other times are very obvious. You need to bring your own earplugs, otherwise people who sleep light will definitely affect their rest. Also, the hotel did not reply to emails in a timely manner. It seems that replies related to service items must go through the Ctrip platform, and then the hotel will send emails to guests to remind them of payment. This feeling of not being able to contact in time makes people who use self-service for the first time feel insecure. Unless you call the hotel on-duty butler directly and communicate in English, this will involve international long-distance calls and foreign language proficiency. . . In short, it is best to confirm all the series that you don’t understand and need to confirm with the hotel staff in advance before departure. Also, the hotel phone number (+39-6-45774267) left on Ctrip cannot be dialed using domestic and local foreign phones. Only +39-3756915211 can be dialed. Please update the phone issue on the platform.

The room is nice, especially the location is good. It's called a hotel, but it's actually a B&B. The landlord didn't explain clearly how to get in through the main door. I tried for more than an hour but still couldn't get in. He only said the password was ***, but didn't tell me how to enter it. I finally saw other people entering the door and realized it should be "**********". Oh my god, who knew to enter it this way!

The double room is a bit small, but the host is very nice. It is close to various attractions and within walking distance. The triple room is OK, more like a B&B.

The room is relatively small but well-equipped. The hot water is a little slow. The location is quite convenient. Just 200 meters downstairs is the Spanish Steps. There are many restaurants downstairs. There is a Carrefour supermarket 200 meters straight to the left after exiting the gate. The transportation should be very convenient because it is close to the Spagna subway station, but now it is closed until next summer for interior decoration due to a celebration next year, so taking a taxi has become the only convenient way to get there.

The room is a little different from the photo, but the location and cost performance are not bad, and the toilet is very new.

Except the location and the new decoration, everything else is very average
