Except the checking staff had given a good tour of the room facilities at check in, service was an overpriced Hyatt hotel.  No one came to my room to clean up when there was no one inside from 9:15am to 4pm and their staff finally came at around 5pm on 25 Dec.  Their Christmas Eve Buffett was super overpriced at Pattaya standard (THB 4000 each adult with no drink included) and the Buffett had little selections, just give you basic 4 star Hyatt hotel selection elsewhere given the price charged.  And no one remember to send the electronic invoice after checked out.  Overall not a Hyatt franchise hotel you will repeat, plenty of other choices for the price.  Also did not see any staff at gate all the way to my room when I get off Grab ride at 11pm on 26 Dec.

Though the location is a bit far from the town centre, it at the same time is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay that you can get away from crowd. Suitable for travalers who drive, around 30-min drive from town centre. The room with private pool is super nice, the hygenic condition and the room quality is great, what is being lack maybe a full-length mirror. The staff there is nice and helpful, especially the one called Kwan, whose sincere attitude does impress me. Overall there is not much to criticise and will definitely stay again if i visit Pattaya again im future.

We chose this resort as a 13 night stopover flying home from Switzerland to Australia, to break up the 20 hour flight for our 13 month old son. And so glad we did. Just 90 mins from the airport, we were collected from the airport in a private airconditioned van and driven to the resort. We arrived early morning, and as the checkin is not until 3pm we were worried about the heat and our baby. But the fantastic Jeet at the front counter worked his magic and we luckily got into the nice airconditioned room by 10.30. Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner. The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them. The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket! But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty. Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing. Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask. Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful. I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. I highly recommend stay here and can't wait to be back. Tip** There is no atm a

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya, especially since we celebrated my birthday there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel welcome. They even surprised me with a lovely cake to mark the occasion, which was a thoughtful touch. The room, with its stunning side sea view, provided a peaceful and romantic atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing couples getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our time there so special!

Traveling with friends, overall it's pretty good. The location feels a bit like a village. The overall experience is pretty good. There is an underground parking lot. The rooms are interconnected. Several friends can chat and have a midnight snack

The location of check-in in the lobby is a little cramped, probably the staff are busy, the service is a little short, the afternoon tea is rich in flavor, but the playability of the resort is not high, the privacy will be poor, the swimming pool and the rooms are very beautiful, but the air conditioning in the bedrooms is too cold 🥶 and a little noisy, in general, it's not. bad, beautiful hotel.
