Perfect location, near to subway and bus stations. Very friendly staff, well welcomed upon arrival.

Spacious room given its strategic location at Gangnam district. Basic amenities are provided. Walking distance between Yeoksam and Seoulleung stations. Downsides: 1) Open bathroom without door nor shower curtain (refer to 2nd and 3rd photos). 2) Put the Green Card on the pillow as per the instructions to request for change of bedsheet and duvet cover but not done during room make up for 3 days. Had to specially make the request at reception. 3) The roomkeeper kept my personal towel on the second last day of my stay during room make up and could not be found.

The overall condition is okay for the price per night and big room with a mini sofa. The only thing i dont like is the bathroom, after shower the floor is very wet and the water stays there. Its not good for winter during shower. But the bed is comfy and the temperature of the aircon is nice too. Overall i think its not too bad if you hang out around gangnam area but its really about 15mins walk to Gangnam Station but to Yeoksam station is quite near but in the cold winter with wind, the walk is quite challenging.

For the location, you can actually ignore the amenities. Food wise, there's plenty of choices behind the lane of the hotel

Navigation error caused me to go around the place There was no bottled water in the room, so I drank tap water There was no breakfast information, so it was inconvenient The parking lot was narrow, so it was inconvenient to bring a car The lobby was narrow, so it was inconvenient - different from the pictures on the website

Overall, this hotel is OK. As a business traveler, I can accept the environment, hygiene and service. The location is not bad. It's a pity that there is no breakfast room.

Everything is OK. The front desk service is quite friendly. There is an airport bus not far away. However, after booking, because my friend couldn't come, they refused to refund the room and change to a bigger bed. It felt very unfriendly. I will not stay here again.

Gangnam Station is in front of Yeoksam Station on Line 2, so if you're light, you can eat in the Gangnam area and walk home, which is convenient. When I came to leave my luggage in the morning, I was told that early check-in was 10,000 won per hour, but they said I could check in if I came to organize my luggage at 1pm, so I ended up letting them in for free. They also gave me a complimentary drink, which was nice. The room I stayed in alone had a bed, a shower and toilet opposite the bathtub, and there were fluffy bathrobes and amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and combs. I slept soundly. I think it was a bit moldy, but if you ventilate it, it wasn't too much of a problem, and I had a pleasant stay.
