Disappointing! A/C not working as it should. For toasting my own whole wheat bread, 30 Baht was charged! No wardrobes in the room. Only 1 chair to sit down. Fitness room not available. Bowl in porcelain from hotel not allowed to bring to the room. Only plastic bowl. No knife to cut my fruit could be provided.

I would say perhaps one of the best hotels in all my wanderings in Asia. Large room, with everything you need (kettle, fridge, hairdryer, water and coffee). Mine looked like a small suite, with all windows, from where you could see the horizon. The bathroom is beautiful. with a rain shower. Needless to say, everything was super clean (the cleaning girls did an excellent job every day). All the staff were very helpful, and very courteous. Especially the girls at the reception. Perhaps the only flaw: light switches only near the bed and on only one side to turn everything on, and perhaps the wardrobe which we say wasn't there (hangers on the wall shelf.
