The hotel opened and many facilities are still well maintained, the room is spacious, quiet and bright! The hotel fitness and swimming environment is also good. The service is especially considerate. I received a call before I arrived at the hotel. We were arranged in advance and the room was upgraded. Xiaoxia's service was thoughtful. From my heart, I felt that InterContinental was really detailed. We also made a late check-out and sent fruits. I specially praised Xiaoxia. I will find my butler next time I come!

The hotel is located in the Nanhu Scenic Area. The small door on the first floor leads directly into the park. If you play late at night, you can go back to your room to rest. It's very convenient! I have never encountered such a situation. I checked into Tangshan Shangri-La on November 18 and checked out on November 19. I came to Tangshan on a business trip. Baisuishan. The most outrageous thing is that when I checked out on the 19th, the hotel front desk told me that the information I provided could not issue a special invoice. I was really shocked at the time, because because of my work, I would go to cities all over the country. Such a big hotel, no electronic invoice? Now everything is digital, don’t you know? The hotel’s front office manager, Zhao Xiaozhe, didn’t say a word to explain to me. Not a lot, nothing. He just smiled and said to me, sir, I’m sorry, we can’t issue it. This sentence was played on a loop. There was no idea or attitude to help me solve the problem, but it couldn’t be issued. Let me figure it out myself. If I am willing to issue a general invoice, forget it if I am not willing. When I expressed my incomprehension and wanted to complain, Manager Zhao still smiled and said to me that it is your right to complain if you can’t issue it. I wasted half an hour at the front desk, but the problem was still not solved. In the end, it was Ctrip that solved it for me. I rarely say whether a hotel is good or bad, but I still want to advise friends who are planning to stay at Tangshan Shangri-La to be cautious. Manager Zhao is very powerful and has the attitude of ”you can do whatever you want, it's none of my business”, which is really confusing. As for Shangri-La, I called the official 400, but there is still no response. This is very disappointing!

We were in a hurry to spend the night and didn't have a chance to go around. It should be convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. 🍚Breakfast: The breakfast is very good, with rich choices. There is a stall that cooks fresh flour, and there are both Chinese and Western styles in the self-service area.

The hotel service is still as enthusiastic as ever. I have stayed here many times. The housekeeper Crystal is still very thoughtful and helps to arrange the room carefully. The return visit is also in place and pays attention to the guest's stay experience.

The lobby is bright and is an independent area, so you don't have to worry about parking. There are both above and underground parking spaces. I booked a large bed, and Ctrip gave me a free upgrade to a suite, which was awesome! They also gave me free tickets to the hot springs, so you can take a bath and swim. Very cost-effective. When I came back from the hot springs at night, the TV signal was not very good, so I contacted customer service, and the service staff came to solve it immediately, which was great! Overall, it was good.

Old-style star hotel, good front desk service, the suite room I booked is large and spacious, with complete bathroom facilities, but the room is a bit hot and dry, it would be better if there is a humidifier.

The transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the highway exit. The service details are very good. Although the decoration is relatively old, it is well maintained. The staff are very punctual and pay attention to the needs of guests. I don't like to sleep on soft pillows, but they gave me a buckwheat pillow. When I checked out, they gave me a few more bottles of water, which I could drink on the way. It was very considerate.

The parking lot is large and free of charge. It is self-driving friendly. The suite I stayed in was very large. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was not good. It was still a bit cold in Tangshan at night in April. Turning on the heater had little effect. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

This is my first time to go to Tangshan, and I chose it very close to the popular Tangshan Banquet, which is only a five-minute walk away. The first moment I opened the door, I felt that there was no peculiar smell in the room at all. I really liked it. I have stayed in some hotels and there is a bit of a damp smell when entering. This place is really great. Because I was staying with children, the lady at the front desk specially gave me a small toothbrush and small slippers, which was really considerate. There are also fresh fruits in the room for free, and mineral water is also provided. It's rich and fresh in the morning and tastes great. Tangshan is very good. Next time I come back, I will choose to stay here. By the way, there will be a lucky draw and small gifts before leaving.
