Negara Zoo in Kuala Lumpur. The distance to animals is incredibly close. You can see birds walking on the paths, and pandas and giraffes right in front of you, which is an unimaginable way to exhibit animals in Japan. The ticket prices are affordable, making it easy to visit. You can get there from a hotel in the city for about 10 ringgit using Grab. It's a recommended spot whether you're traveling with children or alone. Definitely recommended for new sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur.

Zoo Negera Malaysia is the largest zoo in the country. Located near Melawati area with a ton of colourful and friendly animals. This zoo has a plenty of free parking lot with entrance ticket RM30-50 per normal person. The most popular cage here is a Giant Panda habitat and "Oyen" which referring to orange colour cat at capybara area. This one because Oyen always company the capybara and spend wholeday here making this one quite unique and fun to Malaysian. But if you are bird lover, you can spend at the bird park to pet friendly and freely bird here such as parrot bird. #traveldiaries

There is a huge carpark space in front of the zoo. Highlights: The National Zoo of Malaysia is quite huge. There are tram service provided but not free. Advice to learn the map prior to the visit. The animal show only available from Saturday to Thursday at 11am and 3pm. So be sure to arrange your visit time accordingly so you don’t miss the animal show. There are several cafes inside the zoo. The price of the food and beverages sold at the cafes are not that expensive. A little marked up but not as expensive as sold inside a theme park. The main attraction that drew me to drive all the way from Penang to Kuala Lumpur was to pay Yiyi and Shengyi(giant pandas) a visit before they are to be sent back to China. With given only 15 minutes in the Panda Observatory, I decided to scroll around the zoo and I ended up spending more than 4 hours taking shots on the animals inside this “kingdom”. This trip is worth with the ticket price of RM36(booked online) inclusive of a 30 minutes animal shows. Zoo Negara Malaysia, a place that features various species of animals. Come visit this place with your kids for a nice family outing. But before you go, I would suggest you to check the weather forecast first since it is raining quite often nowadays. I bought the tickets online which is much cheaper than buying it at the counter which is RM37 for adult, and RM15 for kids. Please note that this is the price for Malaysian Citizen. Like the environment, spacious and great services. Dessert portion is small but good enough to fill ur sweet tooth craving! Chicken wings are also well cooked! Ordered Gula Melaka Latte, Dirty Latte and flat well , three of us love the taste of our drink, not too sweet, well mix between matcha and coffee, great coffee taste blended with milk. Good atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. They have indoor as well as outdoir seatings. Best to avoid group dining as they have limited space and limited time for dine in. Tried their Grilled Chicken Chop and Baked Cheese Rice. Both taste good and the portion as well as price was reasonable. For drinks, I tried their Dreamz Lemonade (mainly for the beautiful colour) and ended the meal with a ice latte. They also had desserts. My third time dining here and I guess this place deserve the rating. Enjoyed coming here esp for tea time! Nice ambiance, pretty to take pics. We talked to the owner from our last visit we were here and they were nice and polite. I do enjoy their french toast, tomato soup with grilled cheese and mushroom soup with garlic bread. For dessert, you can try the chocolate gateu if you like! The drinks usually order their matcha. I wish they close a little late cause I like to come here after 5 cause its not too crowded imo. this was my first time to Bukit Ampang. And i thought it was a magical beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. There were lots of people taking pictures and enjoying the view. Some were chatting and eating. Parking was a bit difficult but you can park farther to avoid any congestion. Fun trip to Zoo Negara with my fam. Kids enjoying it so much as they can see wild animals with their own eyes and learned to know more about its nearly extinction species and it make them appreciate it more. There's a lot of animals at the zoo such as lion, tiger, cheetah, giraffes, elephants, birds, monkey, crocodiles, snakes, penguins and the most awaits for is the pandas. Such a cozy and quiet setting for the pandas to match their natural habitat. The animals show are so fun to watch. The schedule is at 11am and 3pm. The sea lion is so smart and cute. The Reptile house is also so cool! See if you can spot the animal in each enclosure! Definitely a place if you want a breathtaking sunset dinner, 10/10 if you are able to get a table outdoor. You will need to pre-book 1 or 2 days before in order to get the outdoor table. In term of the food, it's only 6/10 due to the small portion of foods that we ordered. Even though is small, it is still delicious specially the Asam Laksa salmon spaghetti. The cakes are definitely a must to try specially the Almond tiramisu and red velvet cake. Price is quite reasonable too.

I was introduced by my friend to try kays steak and lobster restaurant. Even they have 3 outlets in Kuala Lumpur, 1 at ioi conezion putrajaya, 2nd at putra heights, but I walk in ampang outlet. Overall I'm very satisfied with their food taste, presentation, services... Etc I just ordered signatures steak, The rest they order lobster and others menu. Wagyu tomahawk cost about rm900 per kg and I won't order it.. 😂😂 Overall bill per person roughly around rm150++, separate bill.... Hahahahaha

THE COMMUNAL HALL, BROOK, VIEWING PAVILION, YOGA DECK, SUNKEN AMPHITHEATRE WERE ALSO AVAILABLE AT OUR DISPOSAL. Great place to spend time and have a comfortable chat. This is a must go cafe, all of their dishes are made with love. Good for lunch, dinner and even tea time because their cakes are so good too. 🥰🍰 The service I can say was excellent, the people were friendly and helpful. Food came out fast too, no need to wait for long. Muslim friendly restaurant and vegetarian meals are available. 🥬 They offer a clean, homely ambiance with plenty of little trinkets and mismatched decor.
