This cozy restaurant specializes in Chinese Muslim cuisine, and the flavors really left an impression on me. I started with their lamb dumplings, which were soft and perfectly steamed. Each bite was filled with tender, flavorful lamb, and dipping it into the sauce made it even better. It was such a comforting dish to begin the meal. Next, I tried the braised chicken in brown sauce rice. The chicken was cooked just right—soft, juicy, and packed with spices that balanced sweet and savory flavors. Paired with the fluffy white rice, it was a simple yet satisfying combination. Finally, the star of the meal was the beef noodles. The handmade noodles were springy and soaked up the rich, spicy broth beautifully. The tender beef and mix of vegetables, including black fungus, added great texture and flavor. Every spoonful was hearty and delicious. The restaurant itself had a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly. It was the perfect break during my busy day exploring the city.
