Recently, I visited the stunning Brighton Beach in Melbourne, and it felt like a dreamy vacation paradise! Beautiful Beach As soon as I stepped onto the beach, I was greeted by endless golden sands and breathtaking azure waters, as if I had entered a fairyland! Although the weather that day wasn't as expected, with clouds slightly covering the sun, the sea still sparkled with enchanting light, making it impossible not to fall in love. Imagine if it had been a clear day with blue skies and white clouds—the entire beach would have glittered under the sun, an irresistible temptation! Colorful Bathing Boxes The most captivating feature of Brighton Beach is undoubtedly the colorful bathing boxes! Each box is like a living painting, with vibrant colors that dazzle the eyes. I took countless photos, especially of the dazzling blue box, which was simply mesmerizing! The colors here instantly lifted my spirits, making me feel like I was in a colorful dream. Conclusion This trip to Brighton Beach left an indelible mark on my heart! Every moment here seemed to etch itself deeply into my memory. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to experience this paradise-like beach again, especially under the blue sky, which would undoubtedly be even more spectacular! When we first reached Melbourne, we started our day with a leisurely stroll through Melbourne's laneways, known for their vibrant street art, charming cafes, and eclectic shops. We started from Hosier Lane and explored around laneways like AC/DC Lane and Degraves Street. 📍Federation Square, Melbourne VIC 3000, We also visited the iconic Queen Victoria Market, one of the largest open-air markets in the Southern Hemisphere. There were many stalls selling fresh produce, gourmet foods, clothing, souvenirs, and more. The market is definitely worth to visit 💯 Queen Victoria Market 📍Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000. We also experienced Melbourne's cultural scene by attending a performance at one of its renowned theaters, such as the Melbourne Recital Centre and Arts Centre Melbourne. Do checked out their schedules for concerts, plays, or dance performances to prevent disappointment 🤣 Besides, we also took a scenic stroll along the Yarra River, starting at Southbank Promenade and crossing the pedestrian bridges for panoramic views of the city skyline. We accessed the Southbank Promenade from along the river and we also visited the most famous Brighton Beach to see the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, a row of colorful wooden huts lining the shore. We enjoy a very relaxing afternoon on the beach and took a swim in the refreshing waters of Port Phillip Bay. 📍Brighton Beach is located in the suburb of Brighton, accessible by train from Melbourne's city center I would also recommend you to try my favourite restaurant, Cumulus Inc. It is a popular dining spot located in Melbourne's central business district that has a contemporary Australian menu with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This restaurant has relaxed atmosphere, stylish decor, and excellent service 🙌🙌 Prices vary depending on the menu items and drinks chosen, but we spent around $50-$70 AUD per person for a meal. It was a sunny 15 degree Celcius and I got myself out to Brighton Beach to check out those iconic colorful bathing boxes! It was relatively easy to get there with public bus, 5-10 minutes walk from the stop, and you’ll get there! As it is the only things to see at Brighton Beach, 15-30 minutes are probably enough if you don’t need to take photo on each of those boxes. You can head to some cafes around, just make sure to be there before 3PM because the cafes close early. How to Get There : drive, take taxi, or take public Bus 600, 922 or 923 (pay attention to the schedule though, it only comes every 20-30mins)

The colourful beachhouses are the highlight and are absolutely eye-catching! With a variety of themes, one can pose with them depending on one’s creativity! There is a parking lot nearer the Brighton Beach Gardens as the parking lot for the beach itself is under maintenance. Do remember to pay for parking at the machine ✅ There are benches to sit around to take in the scenery. Bring sunnies on a bright day to better enjoy the sight! Once you’ve had your fill of the seabreeze, head over to Swordfish Chippery for some yummy fish and chips! They even offer banana and pineapple fritters…I was curious but not enough to spend on fried pineapple 😂 If you do try it, could you let me know?

Melbourne is famous for its Brighton bathing boxes, and wouldn’t you know there is a pretty pink one! This stretch of beach down Esplanade is quiet with few tourists, allowing you to get all the pictures you want. The brighton beach in melbourne is amongst the most recognizable ones thanks to the colorful bathing boxes. These are huts owned by locals tk store their stuff and beach related equipment. Colorful ones with different art work on some. I have been told that one of these huts recently sold for over 300k USD. This made me want to come see these silly boxes in person and a beach day. In terms of a beach it is a fine one, I went swimming and was able to borrow things. There are not very many shops and restaurants closer to the beach but good options on the jetty road. I did notice quite a lot of people even drunk but that may not be the case always. It was a weekday noon, yet there were people around. From downtown Melbourne, it takes about 30 minutes by train, and then a bit more walking to reach Brighton beach easily. The highlight here is the brightly colored Bathing boxes lined up on the beach, which are old Victorian-era bathing houses used as changing rooms. Each box has its owner, but tourists can still take photos with them. This beach has three parts stretching along Port Phillip Bay: Upper Brighton Beach, Middle Brighton Beach, and Dendy Street Beach. Moreover, if we have time to walk around the Brighton area, every house is beautiful, like something out of a magazine.

I was truly blown away from the gorgeous sunset at Brighton Beach! It exceeded my expectations as I wasn’t expecting the views to be as stunning but sight made me truly in awe. The sight, air, ambience and vibe brings the a sense of unimaginable peace and tranquility. A once in a lifetime experience, a definite must visit for travel enthusiasts.
