We chose this Michelin restaurant, which has been awarded for four consecutive years, for our New Year's family dinner. The elders were very satisfied. The environment is elegant, and the dishes are rich, which is very suitable for us Sichuanese! When I stepped into Fang Xiang Jing, I was attracted by this hidden courtyard, which is beautiful, tranquil, and lush with greenery. There is also a tea room at the door, full of Zen. I really like their Kung Fu Sichuan cuisine, which is innovative while inheriting the classics, and is very suitable for modern tastes. For example, the spicy chicken is bright red; the abalone in Sichuan pepper salt water is delicate, beautiful, and delicious. Fang Xiang Jing combines Sichuan cuisine with Chinese courtyard aesthetics, which is very suitable for all kinds of gatherings.
