The ancient battlefield of the Three Kingdoms Red Cliffs

The ancient battlefield of the Three Kingdoms Red Cliffs is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, north of Wuhan, Hubei Province, and south of the cultural city of Yueyang. The ancient battlefield of Red Cliffs is also known as "Wu Red Cliffs", the site of the Battle of the Three Kingdoms Red Cliffs, and is the only ancient battlefield that still retains its original appearance in our ancient "winning with less, winning with weakness" seven major battles. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit. On the Red Cliff Jietou, on an open flat ground, stands a stone statue of Zhou Yu, the governor of the Eastern Wu of the Three Kingdoms, which was erected in January 1991 to commemorate Zhou Yu's heroic posture during the Battle of Red Cliffs. The statue is 6.85 meters high and is made of 26 pieces of granite. The total height of the statue is 8.58 meters, making it the largest human stone statue in Hubei Province, fully demonstrating Zhou Lang's heroic image of being vigorous and vigorous at that time.
