The sunrise over the sea was stunning, totally worth it! 😭 The only downside is that it's too cold to swim 🏊 But if you stay at a nice seaside hotel, many offer free ♨️ hot spring tickets (some even have their own hot springs), which is great too. - 📍Shuangyue Bay, Huizhou Stay in a sea-view room in the first or second phase of Honghai Bay, and you can watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed. Perfect for those who struggle to get up in the morning 😉. Plus, it's the off-season, so hotel prices are only around 300–600 (we chose a hotel in the first phase, which is close to the attractions, and it was only 400+ with hot spring tickets, a sky pool, and indoor entertainment included). - 👉🏻 If you don't stay in a sea-view room, get up early! The sunrise is around 6:30 am. Check the weather forecast the day before and only go if the weather is good. 📍Navigate to: Blue Bay Seafood Restaurant. The small road next to it leads to the public beach. Get there early to see the sky change from blue to orange (gradient), it's beautiful. - It's cold in the morning, and the sea breeze is strong, so dress warmly.
