Shiraito Falls is located on the Itoshima Peninsula, near the upper reaches of the Kawatsuki River. Situated at an altitude of 900 meters on the mid-slope of Mt. Haginoyama, it is a designated scenic spot in Fukuoka Prefecture. With a height difference of about 24 meters, the waterfall lives up to its name as the water flows like fine white threads, creating a beautiful sight.
