Wooden House by the Water

Starting with the first place, the Wooden House by the Water Homestay, located by the sea on Koh Chang in the Old Dan-New Dan village of Koh Chang. The atmosphere is surrounded by fruit orchards, making it feel like you're visiting a relative's countryside home, filled with charm and warmth. There is a large wooden house on the water, which is an old house from the grandparents' generation that has been converted into a communal homestay, accommodating 20-30 people with shared bathrooms. This house does not have air conditioning, but the sea breeze ensures it is never too hot. Additionally, there are 7 two-person rooms, with 5 designed as concrete houses facing the sea, equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and water heater. The other 2 rooms are designed as wooden houses by the sea, with the same amenities except for the refrigerator and water heater, to provide a garden-like wooden house atmosphere. The friendly nature of this place has earned it the nickname 'Friendstay.' Guests can request to experience various aspects of Koh Chang, whether it's a diving trip or experiencing the local orchard lifestyle, tasting fruits like durian, rambutan, and longkong.
