Plans available at the Lima airport. probably cheaper plans in the city but the sim registration process is very time consuming and slow. also everything is mentioned in Spanish. also to top up you can't do in the main center where they do the sim registration but have to go to a pharmacy or supermarket to check data use *515# but the output will be in Spanish. so far the performance is good.
