Mexico City | Must visit Soumaya Museum with brilliant collections

Soumaya Museum 📍Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11529 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico The Soumaya Museum is definitely worth a visit. Its unique exterior features curved steel columns integrated into the structure, creating a distinct geometric shape. The museum was closed for a while due to the pandemic, so I was lucky to finally get a chance to see it. The space is expansive, with great natural light on the top floor, giving it a modern and artistic feel. There, you can find many of Degas' dancer sculptures and paintings by Monet, which really add to the artistic atmosphere. Several middle floors display Chinese artifacts, including intricate sculptures of carriages and horses used by ancient emperors. It’s the kind of museum where you could easily spend a whole day exploring. #artmuseum #mexicotrip
