A Popular Barbecue Restaurant with No Empty Seats

On my first visit to the barbecue restaurant in Mong Kok, I had to wait for a table even on a weekday evening! Who says the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong is dead? The quality of the food is the guarantee that keeps customers coming back. Having previously visited the Central branch and being very satisfied, I decided to try the Mong Kok branch this time. Judging by the crowd, I believe I won't be disappointed. Mentaiko Chicken Leg Meat $28 The chicken leg meat was grilled to perfection, tender and juicy. The salty and savory mentaiko further enhanced the fresh taste of the chicken. Salt Grilled Chicken Cartilage $16 Salt grilled chicken cartilage is an item I must order, and it did not disappoint, crispy and delicious. Beef Short Ribs $42 The beef short ribs were a surprise! Not greasy at all, the meat was still tender and flavorful even when cooked well-done, so we ordered more! Garlic Grilled Razor Clams $52 A must-order recommendation! The razor clams were quite large, and with garlic and green onions, they were savory and delicious. Mentaiko Rice Ball $38 When served, the seaweed did not wrap the rice ball. Allowing the customer to wrap it themselves keeps the seaweed from getting soggy, staying crispy and delicious. Sweet Milk Butter Bun $18 I was worried that the bread would become dry and hard after grilling, but to my surprise, it was still soft and fluffy! The charred edges of the bread with condensed milk and butter were fragrant, sweet, and satisfying with the starch. Salt Grilled Chinese Broccoli Heads $18 Chinese broccoli heads are not a common item, with a sweet and crisp texture. Simply grilled with salt, they are original in flavor and refreshingly de-greasing. Indeed, I was not disappointed. In addition to the quality of the food, the attentive service was also admirable.
