Epic Universe Theme Park Orlando Universal Studios

On June 5th, the COO of Orlando Universal Studios Resort revealed the progress of the new Epic Universe theme park. As of May this year, the park has constructed over 85 buildings, laid 6,500 miles of cable, and used 20,000 tons of steel, with an opening scheduled for the summer of 2025. Previously, it was reported that the Orlando Universal Studios Resort in Florida would add a Super Nintendo World area. In 2018, Orlando Universal Studios purchased 400 acres of land across from the existing park. The park was initially planned to open in 2023, but construction was delayed due to the pandemic. Additionally, besides Orlando, Universal Studios in Hollywood and Singapore will also build Super Nintendo World areas. The Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan, Osaka, opened in February 2021. This is the second Super Nintendo World theme park in the U.S., with the first located at Universal Studios Hollywood, which officially opened on February 18th. The world's first Super Nintendo World theme park is in Universal Studios Japan, Osaka, which opened in March 2021.
