Zvartnots Int. Airport - New terminal

Zvartnots International Airport is located near Zvartnots, about 15 km west of the capital city of Armenia - Yerevan. The airport was first opened in 1961. In 2011 a new modern departures and arrivals terminal, car-parking with a capacity of 600 vehicles and a government delegation terminal (VIP terminal) were opened. According to different sources about $160 million have been invested in Zvartnots’s reconstruction. The newly built terminal have the capacity to process up to 3.5 million passengers every year.
