The service is super good, first time encounter seat down check in. The rooms are super large and all the equipment are available. High floor rooms with night view. The swimming pool is super five-star, much bigger than Marriott next door! American design with great aesthetic feeling. Sound insulation is good, the bed is comfortable to sleep, there is a kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed at! Good value for money. They serve amazing breakfast and the hotel is really close to thong lo station. We got the studio room and had an amazing time there. Will definitely come again. There is also a nearby 7e where you can just walk. Very recommended if you are willing to splurge money on a good staycation. The view from our room was good too!

Last minute decision to book the hotel to airport transfer the night before. I was contemplating to book a grab but decided to book with Trip.com as I am concerned of the delay during lunch hours. I was thinking that the booking may not be confirmed at all. However, I received email confirmation minutes later and next morning the driver is confirmed with the driver details. The driver also WhatsApped me that he has arrived and will wait for me at the hotel lobby. He actually came an hour earlier to wait for me as traffic is indeed very heavy in Bangkok these days after most of the countries open the borders for international travel. Reliable service !
