3 days trip in Singapore
#singaporetrip
Spending 3 days in Singapore was an incredible experience for me. In my recent trip to Singapore , I have experienced the signature activities in there such as Marina Bay Sands, Santosa, eating barbecue meat.
In the first day in Singapore , I have been the city centre and saw the Marina Bay sand , which is spectacular with the architecture. In second day, I have been Santosa Palawan to enjoy some sunny time in there !

The first ever Korean Shabu Oppa Shabu and Korean BBQ buffet is open in GR.iD mall. With a very affordable price, you can indulge in different meat cuts of premium beef, pork and chicken meat. It comes with condiments, cooked food and free flow drinks as well.
I personally love their beef short plate cuts and beef chuck rolls . For soup base they offer original Shabu broth and Kimchi broth which after cooking can turn it into kimchi jigae.
Price range starts from $16+.

Nostalgia Vibrant Shophouse at Joo Chiat SG
I can't express enough how much I adore Joo Chiat. This place is a treasure trove of stunning shophouses and possesses a unique cultural charm. Whether it's the lively atmosphere or the nostalgic shapes and designs of the traditional buildings, everything about it captivates me deeply, leaving a lasting impression and an ongoing desire to return for leisurely strolls. For those who appreciate intricate details, the Peranakan shophouses adorned with exquisite craftwork are simply breathtaking.

Batu road chilli pan mee
Had one of the best chilli pan mee at Batu road chilli pan mee yesterday. This place is super crowded during lunch and dinner times as many employees would come to visit since it’s quite an affordable meal at the cbd. I ordered their classic noodles and it was so good. It’s actually quite a large bowl and filling. The egg when mixed made the noodles so tasty. The ikan billis were also super crispy and I enjoyed it so much. I ordered a meat ball soup as well and it was lovely. The soup was flavorful too. Overall bill was around $22++ for two pax. Highly recommended to try.

Executive Lounge
#hotelreview
Address - 30 Beach Road, Nicoll Hwy, Access Via, 189763
Highlight - Executive Lounge at the Hotel
My husband booked a suite that comes with the executive lounge benefits. The executive lounge ambiance was great. My husband and I enjoyed the light snacks and refreshments there. There were pastries, sandwiches, buns, and fresh fruits. The suite room that we had was very comfortable. And the executive lounge meal was also very delicious too. It was really worth spending at the suite room that comes with the executive lounge benefits. The food was replenished quickly and the service at the executive lounge was a great one. I will recommend my friends here if they are looking for a hotel stay at the marina bays area.

Singpost Centre Complex
#citywalk #tripblazers
Singpost Centre is a huge mall at the paya lebar area. You can take the mrt train and alight at the paya lebar station at the green or the circle orange line. The singpost centre is conveniently located one to two minutes walk from the train station. I always like to shop at their supermarkets there as it is a bigger one. Famous eateries such as nam kee, swensens, long John silver, Astons specialties, and the Malay jiak Boleh food centre is also located there. It is definitely a recommended place for everyone. If you have spare time, you can visit the rooftop garden to bring along your children to the playground.

Hidden Maze At Neighbourhood
#mysgmemories #tripblazers
Do you know there is a maze garden in the tampines neighbourhood? Children love running around the circular pavement while their parents sit on the benches to watch their books or listen to songs. There are also few outdoor gym equipment available for use. It is definitely a great place to jog around the area to keep healthy. I like the idea of the private cubicles where you can have your own performance area to rehearse for your event. It reminds me of the park I have near my house where we always have our private chat with our group of friends together.

MRT Artistic Design
#mysgmemories #tripblazers
At some of the mrt stations in Singapore, you would find various themes to it. For instance, for the redhill mrt station, you will see the building is painted in red. For the gardens by the bay station, you will see beautiful flowers and plants along the exit. For the promenade station, you will see a few huge crystal balls hanging at the top. For other train stations, you can even see artistic wall paintings. Be sure to visit as many train stations as you can to explore the various themes of the stations.

The tube, which is the orchard gateway link bridge, that brings you from the orchard gateway to the orchard gateway @emerald. You can have a glimpse of part of the orchard from the level 3 bridge. Walking on the transparent bridge gives you a different feel compared to walking on a normal link bridge. Do come in the evening as they will light up the tube with neon lights to make it more beautiful.

Sophiscated Mall Architecture
#mysgmemories #tripblazers
I love how sophisticated the entrance of the Wheelock place is. From the look of it from the outside, you might think it is simply a cone shaped mall. But when you walk into the mall, taking the escalator, you will find the beauty in their architecture. The interior design of the entrance looks fabulous. It is as if you are entering a crystal castle. The Wheelock place is home to many retail outlets and restaurants. It is just a ten minute walk from the orchard MRT station. There is even a marks and Spencer retail outlet there. Feel free to enter this mystical mall entrance.

Night Festival in Town
#mysgmemories
During August every year, there will be a night festival going on in the hearts of the town. For this year's event, the night festival stretches from the doby ghaut station all the way to the city hall station. My hubby and I walked along the Armenian Street and saw the light up of the peranakan Museum, which is part of the night festival trail. It was a joyful moment to see all the beautiful lights shining on the museum. Kids are happily enjoying themselves. We took some pictures too as it was very insta-worthy.

Lovely Couple Centre
#mysgmemories #tripblazers
The registry of marriages is located in the town area. It is located near the Singapore management university campus as well as behind the fort canning hill. It is the place where a newly couple gets registered to be a couple. This location is close to nature, hence you could see few couples taking images along the registry as well as at the photogenic scenery behind the registry, at the fort canning hill. It is a happy moment for those who get engaged here in the registry. The nearest train station would be at city hall, take a ten minute walk to reach here.

Philippines fusion food
If you have been following my posts, i am sure yiu have seen this place before. It had been a whule since i last visited this place due to recent reno, finally they are reopened!
I am so dissapointed that didnt managed to eat the steak, cause it is my fav!! They also changed their menu, not sure if it’s good or bad.. So i ordered all the food from the new menu. The truffle fish is suprisingly good!! Very creamy and tasty, but portion is ver small, so we ordered some tacos to share whichbis always nice!
The wild mushroom pasta is too heavy and creamy for me, and somehow the pasta is very sweet, i have provided feedback to them. Hopefully they will take into cinsideration and modify it.
Ordered a new cocktail today! Sorry i forgot what it is called, this is the nicest cocktail from here ( in my opinion!) you can show them photo if you want to try! And it is also very pretty!!!
I would recommend this place!

Work or study and play with the kitties
#mysgmemories
Meownistry of Meow in Bugis is a cat cafe that also provides a conducive environment for work or study there. The place is clean and comfortable though small. However, it is likely that the cats will have tricks up their sleeves that will distract you from your work. Nevertheless, the cats are also there to relieve the stress and you have an excuse to take a break. They also have private rooms for booking, that come with gaming consoles, and even a karaoke set too. The cats were very friendly when I was there.
The day passes in particular are value for money, that come with free flow of hot and cold drinks. You may also bring your own food but beware the cats may be attracted to it, which happened to yours truly. The staff were quite helpful as they allowed me to have lunch in another room.

Cozy ice cream place
Second serving Ice cream place is located at Jollad drive opposite one of the HBD. I’ve been always wanted to try this place everytime I walked pass this place, finally get a chance to try this during one of my ice cream craving night!
I read the reviews before heading down, there are a lot of good reviews and apparently they are famous for their Mochi waffle. Unfortunately it is already sold out when we came here that night 🥲
There are a lot of interesting ice cream flavour here, I enjoyed my biscoff yogrut ice cream so much! The biscoff is usually very sweet but I like how it harmonise with the sour yogurt, so refreshing! My husband ordered a Milo flavour which was very rich in milo taste as well, will recommend for those die hard milk fans!
Prices here are very reasonable as well, $13 for 2 ice cream with cone. CDC voucher is accepted here as well! Enjoy! :)

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Singapore
Làng Nướng Việt Nam at Foch Road is a quaint little Vietnamese eatery located along the buzzing Foch Road. It stays open till 4am and so makes a great spot for a late night dinner and/or supper. The food is freshly prepared, the friend spring rolls arrived piping hot with just the right amount of crunch. The noodles and accompanying dip were perfectly executed. It is a lively little spot if you are craving authentic Vietnamese food!

Singapore, the City of Happy Hour
On my trip back from Indonesia to Germany I had a 12 hours layover in Singapore.
Of course I wanted to take the chance to visit Singapore city. First thing first, I had to bring my luggage to a storage place. 🧳In Changi Airport in Terminal 3 on the First floor you can find a Luggage storage room. It will cost you 15 Singapore Dollar to store a luggage of over 10kg. The service operates 24h⏳ and is safe.
Then in order to go into the city, I got myself a MRT 1 day Tourist Pass Card so I can move around in the by subway🚇. You can buy the card in Terminal 2 at the level where the MRT station is. It will cost you 25 Singapore dollar (10 Singapore dollar is the deposit which you can claim back after your visit. The card can be returned at Terminal 2 at the MRT counter where you bought it).
At around 1pm first thing I wanted to visit is the Singapore Botanical Garden. 🪴🌿The metro station is called Botanic Gardens and is about 40min away by MRT from the airport. Entrance is free and the Garden is huge and beautiful.🌺 You can spend at least 2 hours there, wandering around and even relax on the grass next to the lake or inside small huts to hide from the sun. There are different kinds of birds and I even came across a monitor lizard. 🦎That was quite impressive.
Next area I have visited is Clarke Quay.🍸 I went there by MRT and it’s about 15min away from Botanical Garden. Once I arrived there I walked around towards China Town. 🏯You will come across a lot of little streets with bars and restaurants.🥢 In the evening it’s the place where socializing and happy hours are happening. Clarke Quay is really cute. China Town is also lively. It’s a street full of little shops selling souvenirs and typical Chinese things. There are also a lot of Chinese restaurants and drinking spots.🍻
From China Town I walked to Laut Pa Sat à huge food court area with a South East Asian street food vibe. They have the best Sate in town. But you will find all kinds of food there and it's a very lively dinner spot! 🍲😋🍜 Then I walked all the way to Raffles Place, Singapore’s Financial Center🏦🏙️ . The sun started to set🌇 and the view on the Marina Bay🌅 was magical. By the time I was there around 6pm business people started to be off work and enjoying after work drinks🥂🥃 with the view on the Marina Bay. If you don’t want to sit in a bar, there are also a lot of seating places, very peaceful to rest or read a book. That’s also where you find the famous statue The Merlin, Singapore’s symbol and the famous Flight Bar & Lounge with the infinity pool.🥰
🛫My flight leaving Singapore was at 11:50pm. So I made sure I was at the airport at 10:30pm. I am amazed how efficient and fast Changi Airport is. The process from picking up my luggage from the storage room in T3 , Check in in T3 and passing through security and immigration literally took me 15min. 🚀
Amazing 12h layover in Singapore! Definitely will stay 3days next time 🤩

The Friendly Neighbour, Singapore
#singapore
Singapore is our nearest neighbour. not very much difference but I really envy how they emphasized the preservation and restoration of the traditional old building.
I was mesmerized buy the row of traitional houses that was not only beautiful but also it still stands high despite the modernization and hi tech architecture in Singapore.
I spent a day taking pictures and strolling around the city and enjoying every part of it. wish i have more days to spend in Singapore but i will be back that is for sure.

Keat Sun Beo Temple Singapore
#singapore
Keat Sun Beo Temple located in Hougang, Singapore. The temple is dedicated to Guan Yin, the Buddhist goddess of mercy, and is considered a significant cultural and religious institution in Singapore.
The Keat Sun Beo Temple in Hougang was founded in 1975 by a group of Cantonese devotees who wanted to establish a temple to honor Guan Yin. The temple's architecture is inspired by the traditional Southern Chinese style and features a colorful roof with intricate carvings and decorations.
One unique feature of the temple is the large mural of Guan Yin that covers the temple's exterior wall. The mural was painted by a renowned artist and features Guan Yin surrounded by flowers, clouds, and mythical creatures.
The temple is an active place of worship and attracts devotees from all over Singapore who come to offer prayers and make offerings to Guan Yin. The temple's main hall houses a statue of Guan Yin, which is surrounded by smaller statues of other Buddhist deities.
The temple also offers various programs and activities for the community, including meditation classes, Dharma talks, and Buddhist festivals. The temple's peaceful atmosphere and beautiful architecture make it a popular destination for both locals and tourists who are interested in learning about Buddhism and experiencing the spiritual culture of Singapore.

Delicious Halal Food in Kedai Kopi
#singapore
This is one of my favourite coffeeshops in Clementi. The food court is clean and tastefully renovated, the stalls selling delicious and affordable Halal food. I recommend trying Mee Bagus. The chicken ball, minced chicken and mushroom goes so well with the springy noodles. Chili sauce is quite spicy though. They also serve Mee Wanton, Volcano Mee, Seafood Laksa, Meatball soup and more. Another must try food stall is Nasi Lemak. The rice is blue in colour because they use blue pea. It was so fragrant and fluffy, and matches well with the sambal, ikan bilis and crispy fried chicken wing. The dish is nicely presented and served on a wooden plate. I love the details of this stall. Can you believe their Nasi Lemak only cost SGD3.80?
