It is really a place that has to be seen. style , taste and the feeling of over 300 years ago everything is present there. We just had our lunch here for the first time and all i can say is everything is delicious. Everything else I saw and ate here was of high quality. This place is just a paradise in the middle of skyscrapers jungle. The place is really nice and clean. Great ambiance at this place which makes it a perfect spot for a friendly catch up or a nice place to work from! The coffee was amazing. Very strong and just to my liking.The food menu has a variety of options and tasted great. We ordered They also have various pastries. Overall it’s a nice cafe especially if you want to come in for a cup of coffee and relax or work from there. The cool, hip vibe of the restaurant just adds to the overall wonderful experience. We came at 3pm and found seats easily. The service is great as always. Good food and good service, and that made me a happy person. I'll be back! Would I recommend this cafe to anyone visiting KL? The most beautiful part for this place is, playing old Chinese song, located in Chinatown, serving fusion Chinese western food, but most of the customers are Malay. It’s so beautiful and harmony, proud of the Malaysian sharing the different culture. 🥰 Lovely heritage old Shoplot remain the charming center courtyard, well touched for the wall & flooring, remain the old soul of the building but fill in the contemporary elements to sustain the building. The cafe is surrounded by multiple spots suitable for us to get some cool interesting shots to post it on social media. 👀🫧 The foods are so delicious, bold and tasty, portion is enough and reasonable price. A very lovely place for teatime. I love the English Cottage style. I totally adore the English decorations, it makes u feel like you are in different country. Really fall in love with the ambiance and the vibes. So serene and peaceful. You really need this treat after a really hectic day. 😎 All the display of cakes are very European too. Everything I ordered tasted amazing, the price is reasonable for the service and food that they provided. The staffs is also very friendly and really like how they treat us. 👀 Overall though this place is good for your tea/coffee and cake fix but they also have food such as lasagna, meatloaf, sandwiches, pies, and so much more if you feel like having a fuller meal. Interior is very nice, eye pleasant, will recommend to my friends. Nice and delicious food, cozy ambience of modern and hipster kind of food cafe, pricing are affordable with the food portion, big and quite a lot, free plain water from water purifier. Helpful crew, I saw one of them was explaining their menus to customers from another table. Portion and price quite reasonable. Serving time was also fast despite the place being packed that day. We tried the famous lamb grill, surprisingly the mutton was still soft and tender. I’m obsessed with Middle eastern cuisine all the time, an opportunity to stay around so just give it a try, the vibe is real great! I love how their decorations directly linked to their cultural background. 👀 We’ve ordered quite a few different dishes for lunch, chicken kebab, lamb shank stew with bread soaked in, fried eggplant and hummus with lamb. The food was all great, eggplant was flavorful which brings out the flavor perfectly. Lamb stew taste not bad, but the bread soaked in wasn’t a good idea as we didn’t feel like rice hence we weren’t able to finish it. Suggest you can get lamb stew with rice aside. 👍🏻 At the end we also get some desserts, their milk kinda chocolate dessert and the classic banana split. We did our cooking class on Wednesday and the menu is “Pepes ikan” which translated in English: “BBQ Fish wrapped with Banana Leaf” Ingredients: Mahi-mahi Fish 400gr, Lime leave 5gr, Tomato slice 100gr, Bumbu kuning (paste) 100gr, Banana leaf for wrap 200gr. Ingredients for Bumbu kuning (paste) = Turmeric 10gr, Garlic 40gr, Shallot 10gr, Candlenut 10gr, Coriander seed 5gr Salt & pepper 5gr, Oil 4tbsp, & Chilli 3-4pcs (if you want spicy), all ingredients mix together and fried 🤣😋
