This is a cafe where you can quietly enjoy tea and snacks. I was curious about the matcha ade on the menu, so I visited, but the atmosphere was better than I thought.
First, there is a suitable parking space in front of the cafe. When you enter the entrance, there are 3 rooms on the left, and on the right, there is a place to order, 2-person seats, 4-person seats, and group seats.
And if you go straight, there are 4 outdoor tables in front of the wall, and inside, there is a separate bathroom with "Haewooso" written on it.
I was thinking about drinking coffee at the place where I ordered, but I ordered tea at the owner's recommendation. I ordered 'Gyehwa O-ryong' tea, and my friend ordered 'Geum-hwan' tea, and we also ordered matcha ade to taste together.
I sat down and waited, and they prepared a tea table and even taught me how to make tea. I brewed it 5~6 times, and in the case of Gyehwa Oolong, the third time was the best. The more I brewed it, the stronger the tea became and the more sour and fruity the flavor was.
I also ordered handmade yanggaeng and chive garaetteokgui. The handmade yanggaeng looked luxurious with gold powder on it, and it was mild rather than sweet, so it was delicious. And the chive garaetteokgui came with jochung, which was chewy and delicious.
