The service attitude is excellent!
This is our first time at Conghua Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort. The room is very spacious, and we chose a room with a private hot spring pool. The environment is clean, and there are various hot spring pools downstairs. However, due to the large number of people soaking in the hot springs downstairs, we decided to enjoy the hot springs in our room freely.
Initially, we encountered some issues in the room. The TV was full of static, and one of the lights wouldn't turn on. We contacted the hotel staff, and they quickly arranged for a technician to come and fix the problems. The staff also offered to change our room, but we preferred the view from our original room, so we didn't change. The hotel staff promptly arranged for a new TV to be installed, and the issues were resolved quickly, leaving us very satisfied!
The staff even cleaned our hot spring pool and gave us a mugwort sachet to use while soaking in the hot spring, which was very thoughtful!

💁♀️The service is overall good. If you book forest view or mountain view, buggy will be delivered to the room. They pick you up on time when traveling, so it is recommended to arrange the time in advance.
🛏The room style is Japanese and simple, and overall comfortable. The swimming pool and hot spring are very clean and very relaxing to take a dip in. It would be more convenient if you can prepare two more bath towels. There are no queen-sized beds in the rooms. They are all about two queen-size beds. The mattresses are soft and there is no bedside. They rest on the cabinet at the back. There are wheels under the bed, making it easy to remove.
🍴The hotel catering is "farm to table" creative cuisine. The chef is from Tibet and worked as a sous chef at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant "Blue Hill at Stone Barns" in New York. All ingredients are limited to the season and are made fresh on the day. Friends who cannot accept large amounts of vegetable salads may be a little disappointed. The menu design has a high repetition rate of ingredients, which may be related to the season. Most of the dishes are paired with various homemade dressings, so you can feel full after eating. The eggs are highly recommended and the tea is also very good.

🎈Izu Shuzenji Asaba Hotel is really my favorite.

Kirishima Onsen - Seiryu-so
Located in Kirishima Onsen Village, Kagoshima Prefecture, Seiryu-so Onsen Hotel was established in 1851. Despite its long history, the hotel's interior facilities are very modern. During check-in, the staff will introduce the hotel's facilities and confirm your meal times for breakfast and dinner. If you wish to enjoy private onsen time, you can also book it with the staff at this time. The private onsen session lasts about 30 minutes and is located outdoors facing a natural river, providing a very comfortable soaking experience.
For dinner that day, we booked kaiseki cuisine, which was decent. However, the hotel's service was impeccable. During the meal, they specially arranged for a staff member who spoke a little English to introduce the dinner menu to us. Although they couldn't fully express everything, their sincerity was 101%! ^ ^ Additionally, there are special children's meals for kids, and the portions are definitely sufficient!
Also, note that the large onsen undergoes cleaning at 9 AM, so if you want to soak in the morning, you need to go a bit earlier.
In summary, there weren't many guests staying that day, and the service was truly 101% excellent! If you want to play with sparklers at night, the hotel will prepare a water bucket for you and even help clean up afterward. So, if there's a chance, I would definitely stay again!

This time our family came to Japan, we decided to stay at ubuya! Convenient transportation: This time we departed from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to Archway Port. Check-in smoothly: Many strategies say that the first time you get off the bus to get a ticket at the hotel reception line to arrange check-in, I of course rushed to get a ticket at the first time, but they were too efficient I checked-in and didn’t even have time to eat free ice cream and have a cup of tea, so I had to enjoy it slowly after check-in! Face recognition is required when checking in, and the staff was very patient to introduce the facilities of the whole hotel!

Hotel rooms: This time I stayed at Yunlai Inn, a room without beds, everyone was sleeping on tatami, very Japanese feel, and everyone had a yukata, feeling like I really went to Japan to soak in a hot spring♨️
Hotel facilities: There are vending machines around the hotel, but I tried to buy both and it didn't get cold, which was the worst failure of the whole trip! There is a cafe and bar in the hotel, but I haven't had the chance to visit this time! There are also a variety of free games to play, kids are very happy! There are also four-wheeled bikes to ride, but the bike and the shuttle are on the same road, which feels a bit dangerous⚠️
Food and drink: Dinner is the highlight of the whole trip, with a Japanese temple-themed buffet, dozens of stalls all you can eat, eat while walking, you can say that you want to eat everything, the taste is not lost , but it's really hard to not be full! And you can eat and eat to play some of his booth games and exchange for gifts or food if you win!
The breakfast the next morning was very special, it was an indoor buffet style, but you could eat from 7am to 12 noon, there was so much variety of food that you couldn't eat lunch at all!
Hot Springs: There are many hot spring pools, probably forty or fifty, with a large pool surrounded by towels, other fixed and mobile tea stations and indoor rest stations providing free food and drink! I like to stay in hot spring hotels in Kusatsu because the sulfur hot springs here are really good, and as it turns out, this one did not disappoint.

The hotel hot spring is mainly on the first floor, with two different large baths for male and female guests (ancient bath and seasonal bath) and three other private baths.
