A Journey to the Heart of the Renaissance: Florence
The fastest and most convenient way to travel from Rome to Florence is by taking the Frecciarossa, Italy's high-speed train. Departing from Roma Termini station, it takes about an hour and a half to reach Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. Multiple trains run daily, and prices can vary depending on the time of day, so booking in advance can save you money. While you can also travel by bus or car, the train is the fastest and least stressful option.
Florence is the center of Renaissance art and architecture, and the entire city feels like a massive museum. The most famous landmark is the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, known as the Duomo. Its red dome is visible from anywhere in the city, and climbing to the top offers a panoramic view of Florence. The Ponte Vecchio, located along the Arno River, retains its medieval charm and is lined with jewelry shops, making it a delightful place to explore.
Florence truly is a 'small but intense' city. Upon arriving by high-speed train from Rome, I was immediately struck by the city's quaint atmosphere and artistic vibe. The Duomo was even more magnificent in person than in photos, and while the climb to the dome is quite steep, it is well worth the effort. However, Florence is very touristy, so I recommend booking tickets for major attractions in advance or visiting early in the day.
Don't Miss Gardens by the Bay on Your Singapore Trip
The easiest way to get to Gardens by the Bay from downtown Singapore is by taking the MRT (subway). Located in the Marina Bay area, you can get off at Bayfront MRT station and take Exit B, which connects directly to the gardens. Bayfront station is accessible via the Downtown Line and Circle Line, making it very convenient. Additionally, it's about a 10-minute walk from Marina Bay Sands Hotel, and you can enjoy a beautiful view along the way.
Gardens by the Bay is a landmark of Singapore, a city garden where nature and technology harmonize. Covering 101 hectares, it features indoor gardens like the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, as well as the famous Supertree Grove that lights up at night. The Flower Dome is the world's largest glass greenhouse, showcasing plants from various climate zones, while the Cloud Forest offers an artificial waterfall and alpine plants. The Supertree Show, a nightly spectacle of lights and music, is a must-see for many travelers.
One of my most memorable moments at Gardens by the Bay was watching the Supertree Show at night. The giant tree-like structures lit up in sync with the music were truly mesmerizing. At the Flower Dome, I felt like I was traveling the world as I saw various plants up close that I wouldn't normally see. The cool waterfall in the Cloud Forest was a refreshing escape from Singapore's heat. This place is a perfect blend of nature and advanced technology, and I highly recommend it as a must-visit spot on your Singapore trip.
Singapore Chinatown Travel Must-Visit: Buddha Tooth Relic Temple
The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is located in Singapore's Chinatown, about 20km from Changi Airport. Chinatown is one of Singapore's cultural hubs, where tradition and modernity coexist. The temple is centrally located, making it easily accessible for travelers.
The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in Singapore, known for its ornate architecture and serene atmosphere. It was first built in 1884 and has undergone several restorations to achieve its current form. Inside the temple, there are various Buddha statues and murals, with intricately carved wooden structures that captivate visitors. The temple is not just a religious site but also an important place to glimpse Singapore's culture and traditions.
When I visited the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, I was most impressed by its tranquility and beauty. Despite being in the heart of the city, the temple felt like a peaceful retreat. Locals and tourists alike explored the temple together, experiencing Singapore's rich culture. Leaving the temple, I felt a sense of lightness and peace.
Places to visit in Jecheon
#NewYorkFlightEvent
Address: 241 Mosan-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do
I visited Uirimji in Mosan-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.
The walking trail around the lake is really nice, but the artificial waterfall was the best. ㅎㅎ
They say the night view is pretty, so I want to go there later in the evening.
If you go to Chungcheongbuk-do, stop by~
Nha Trang Cafe with generous servings of mango
Iced coffee is sophisticated in its own way
but strangely rustic.. what is it anyway, that kind of cafe.
The air conditioning was really strong so it was cool
If you come to Southeast Asia, you'll die from mango cravings, come here.
I order only mango menus everywhere I go, but they put a lot of mango on it, so I'm so full

Recommended Cafes in Bangkok
I visited the popular After the Rain Coffee Cafe near Bangkok, which is trending on Instagram! I took a Grab from downtown Bangkok, and it took about an hour one way. Since it's a well-known cafe with a lot of people, I recommend going right when it opens!
The Path to Alcazaba
The path to Alcazaba is like a scene from a fairy tale, with flowers and nature blending harmoniously. Various flowers are in full bloom along the roadside, and the green trees warmly welcome you. Walking slowly along the stone path and admiring the surrounding scenery provides a peaceful healing time. When you reach the top, a magnificent view combined with the fortress awaits you.
The Landmark of Ho Chi Minh 'Vietnam Reunification Palace'
Name: Vietnam Reunification Palace
Address: Ben Thanh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Key Point: Landmark of Ho Chi Minh
The official name given by the Vietnamese government is Independence Palace. Originally named Norodom Palace, it was built in a colonial style by the French. During the Vietnam War, it was used as the US military's operations headquarters, making it a historical site that has overcome a painful past.
The smallest Universal Studios in the world.
Location: It is located in Sentosa. It is easily accessible from downtown Singapore via MRT and monorail.
Atmosphere & Facilities: A theme park that feels like stepping into a Hollywood movie! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and each area has its own unique atmosphere. Although it is much smaller than Universal Studios in Japan or the US, there are plenty of photo spots and rides to enjoy all day long.
Highlights: Be sure to ride Transformers: The Ride and The Mummy. Taking photos with characters is a must, so run to them as soon as you see them:0 I visited on a weekday and there weren't many queues, which was great.
Price: A 1-day adult ticket costs about 90,000 KRW, but it's cheaper if you book in advance through a travel agency website.
When you think of Daepsari Park, it's right here 💫
A place where you can see purple dandelions in the fall!
I visited Imjingang Dandelion Park;)

The purple color is vivid and contrasts well with the surrounding scenery, so the photos come out well😎
The best time to see the dandelion leaves is early October, so I recommend visiting in October next year🤍

Tiong Bahru Bakery: Singapore's Top Bakery
Location: Located within Fort Canning Park.
Atmosphere/Facilities: Situated inside Fort Canning Park, the outdoor seating gives you the feeling of being in a forest cafe! It's a rare find in Singapore. Fort Canning Park is a must-visit, and combining it with a trip to Tiong Bahru Bakery makes for a perfect outing.
Key Points: There are several branches, but I recommend the Fort Canning Park branch over the city branches. The coffee and bakery items are both delicious. It's especially famous for its Kouign-Amann, which is crispy, sweet, and has an excellent texture. However, the atmosphere is what stands out the most.
Price: Iced Latte $8, Kouign-Amann $5.8

Palm Tree Cafe in Ulsan's Onsilrium during Winter
Address: 138 Dodongshin-ri Road, Sangbuk-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan
Atmosphere/Facilities: There are so many plants that it's hard to tell if it's a botanical garden or a cafe. It's not just potted plants; there are several large palm trees planted. There are various and interesting palm trees and cacti, making it fun to look around. There are many tropical plants, so it stays warm, which was great on a cold day. There are also indoor spaces without plants.

This is Beacon Hill Park, a place I always took my friends to when they visited me in Victoria! It's beautiful all year round, and it's a relaxing park where peacocks roam freely. There's also a great running course, so I highly recommend it! There's no entrance fee, but if you want to enter the mini zoo inside, there's a fee of 6,000 won.

A 16th-century Buddhist temple located in downtown Vientiane.
It is a traditional Lao temple where locals actually go to pray.
Admission is free and it is easily accessible as it is located in the city center.
The temple building is bright and colorful.
When I visited on a weekday morning, it was quiet and there were no people.

🇹🇭Bangkok's paradise, Krabi and Phi Phi Island🌴🌟
Hello! This is @feelca.k who brought you precious moments of beautiful 🌴Krabi🌴 in Bangkok :)
I visited quiet Krabi, which is about 800km south of Bangkok! It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by plane from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
More than anything, there is a Pad Thai restaurant here!!!! It is much more delicious than the Pad Thai restaurant famous among Koreans in Bangkok ㅠㅠㅠ
I ate it 5 times during my week-long trip. The end.
Also, the main purpose of going to Krabi is to tour the surrounding paradise-like fantasy islands by cruise and snorkel in the emerald sea!
If you have any questions about the travel destination, please leave a comment :)

Still feeling like autumn in the first week of December, you can enjoy the fall foliage at Eulsukdo Park in Busan.
Address: 1209-1, Hadan-dong, Saha-gu, Busan
Atmosphere/Facilities: Although it's December, it's still warm in Busan, so you can enjoy the fall foliage. As of December 1st, the sky is blue and the trees are beautifully colored. There are many reeds, so there are plenty of places to take photos. The walking paths and lawn areas are well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for a picnic.
Key Points: There is a large parking lot right next to the park. I parked for about two hours and it only cost 900 won, which is very cheap. It's a great place for a picnic, with plenty of tables and benches, so you don't need to bring your own table and chairs, just some snacks. The lawn area is spacious, and there were many children playing ball games. It's a perfect spot for a family trip.
Price: No entrance fee. Only a small parking fee.
Hiking at Yudalsan in Mokpo
Last summer, my friends and I went hiking at Yudalsan in Mokpo and visited some famous restaurants in Mokpo! Yudalsan is not too challenging as you can reach the summit within an hour from the entrance, and you can see the entire city of Mokpo from the top. After the hike, we ate dongdongju and dakbokkeumtang at a restaurant called 'Parking Lot,' and it was absolutely delicious!
The most beautiful ocean view cafe in Jeju: Lucia Cafe
Address: 49-17 Nandreuro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
Atmosphere/Facilities: There are many beautiful cafes in Jeju, but if you're looking for an ocean view cafe, this is the prettiest. It's right in front of the sea, with well-maintained landscaping featuring palm trees and cacti, making it beautiful from every angle. The exterior is more attractive than the interior, and the interior is more charming when the doors are open, so it's recommended to visit when it's not too cold.
Key Points: There weren't many bakery items, but the pain de campagne was delicious. The parking lot is conveniently located right below the building by the beach.
Price: Americano 6,000 KRW, Cafe Latte 7,000 KRW
Texas? Mexico? Discover an international vibe at Chinbong Mountain Lodge in Jeju
Address: 417 Hasinsang-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
Atmosphere/Facilities: I've visited many cafes, but I've never seen one like this mountain lodge cafe. It perfectly captures the mountain lodge atmosphere while also showcasing an exotic vibe. Overall, it feels like the old American West, but one side of the exterior gives off a South American vibe. The fireplace, checkered blankets, and logs create the perfect winter atmosphere.
Key Points: They offer many Western dishes, but many people just come for the coffee. I usually don't like cafes that are combined with restaurants because of the smell, but this place didn't have any unpleasant odors or awkward feelings. In fact, it felt more like a cafe.
Prices: Injeolmi Latte 10,000 KRW, Espresso 7,000 KRW
Seogwipo Cruise You Would Regret Missing, Beomseom Tour
Address: 40 Namseongjung-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
Atmosphere/Facilities: It's a three-story ship that's bigger than expected. There are plenty of seats, and you can feed seagulls on the deck. The seats are comfortable, so you can sit for a long time without discomfort. There's even a snack bar inside.
Highlights: From the departure point, you can see Saeyeongyo Bridge, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, Oedolgae, and Beomseom. Beomseom is the highlight with its incredibly blue water, two caves, and impressive columnar joints. The captain provides commentary throughout the tour, and he's really funny. Pay attention to his remarks. I usually dislike boat rides when traveling, but the Seogwipo cruise is big enough to prevent seasickness, and there's so much to see that I would have regretted not going. My nieces and nephews loved it too.
Price: Adults 19,000 KRW, Children 9,500 KRW

I went to a place called Junam Reservoir in Changwon!! It was really a huge place!
In particular, there were a lot of migratory birds of various kinds! 😳
A wide reservoir and swaying reeds
Cosmos flowers blooming beautifully in various colors
Migratory birds flying freely and resting in groups
My boyfriend teases me and tells me to stop walking, but he holds my hand tightly
It was a short but happy fall ❤️🍂
The best glamping site I've ever been to!
This is the Huckberryville Glamping Site in Sacheon, Gyeongnam.
This glamping site is very beautiful, the facilities are clean, and it even has a bathroom inside. There is a swimming pool where you can play with your children, and you can also experience the mudflats right in front of the site. Dinner and breakfast are included as well.
There is also a cafe and a convenience store within the glamping site, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this glamping site.
Osaka Yakiniku Maru Nagahoribashi Branch
First day in Osaka
I went to eat the yakiniku I wanted to try the most!
I looked for a place where I could make a reservation, but the main branch of Yakiniku Maru didn't take reservations, so I booked at the Nagahoribashi branch (reserved via Google Maps).
We ordered beef tongue and prime ribs among other things, and the prime ribs were so delicious that I ended up drinking three glasses of beer!! We also ordered a vegetable platter, and there was a white vegetable that I tried for the first time! It was called chamnamul. It was so delicious that we ordered more later.
