Chatsworth Manor is located in Derbyshire, England, and its English name is Chatsworth House. There are two places to visit outside the manor. One is the park inside the manor wall (tickets are required), and the other is the grassland outside the wall (free of charge). The park around is very large. If you want to travel all over, an hour is definitely not enough. It is estimated that it will take two hours to walk down completely. There are gardens, lakesides, parks, mazes, etc., and the scenery is very beautiful. For details of the picture, please refer to the previous two notes "Pride and Prejudice". #traveldiaries There is so much to do in Bedford, however of course one day is more than enough! While it was still sunny ☀️ and nice we went to the Priory Country Park, which is half an hour away on floor from town centre. There were plenty of walking groups around, some joggers, some families with their little ones. The vibe was so homey and friendly. We had a booking at The Swan Hotel for afternoon tea. We had our booking in Anna's Tearoom.... Magnificent! #myhiddengems I recommend to anyone to book in advance and have this experience. The food is yummy 😋🤤, the restaurant area is so well decorated. It is not something you would expect to see, when you look at the hotel from outside. After the tee, snacks and few cocktails, we walking around the river. Visiting the Natural History Museum in London was an amazing experience, especially the dinosaur zone, which was my favorite! The giant dinosaur skeleton in the main hall makes you feel like you've stepped into prehistoric times. The fossils and exhibits were both informative and deeply impressive. Besides the dinosaur zone, the Earth Hall is also worth exploring, with its enormous blue whale skeleton showcasing the majesty of nature. Starting to get a bit bored with all those landscapes and waterfalls? No worries I got you covered! This time I’ll bring you with me to explore something new and it’s perfect for a fun little day out. Feel free to follow this travel guide to make the most of it! We started our day at Brimham Rocks which has over 200 years of history with about 20 different rock structures. Each of them is unique in their own way and i was truly blown away by how magnificent and gigantic they were! The walk is about 2-3 hours long with mostly flat roads. You could also climb up to the rocks and get a stunning view from to top! After enjoying all the breathtaking views, we went to Knaresborough with is an absolute stunning town and only 30 minutes drive away from Brimham Rocks. This is where you could see the iconic and scenic viaduct. There’s also a castle which is right next to the viaduct so definitely go check it out if you are interested in it. #islands Fancy to go on a hike with scenic views that’s not too challenging? Follow this guide to get the most of it! Malham is a small town located in the Yorkshire Dales National park. There’s a massive carpark located in this small town with reasonable price so you can park your car there and go up the hill! Start your route from Malham and walk up to the Malham Cove. This is meant to be a 30 minutes hike but it took me longer than that. You will see some incredible small lakes along your way before you reach the destination. After getting a breather and enjoy the incredible views, start your journey again from the Malham Cove and walk to Gordale star. This is a slightly longer walk which took me around an hour and a half but the unique and incredible views at the end is definitely worth it! At the end very end, before returning to Malham you would walk pass Janet’s Foss which offers a scenic waterfall. There are around 1500 plus square kilometers of unspoilt countryside to explore in this designated Area of superb Natural Beauty. Now with experience I can also tell that this versatile destination can make for a very relaxing family holiday or a romantic one for couples. Solo travelers like myself need no invitation. One of my personal favourite things about this country destination were the gardens. The Cotswolds are dotted with so many delightfully pretty gardens. Some of them with attached cottages and some spanning acres and acres on manicured land. This somehow turned into the highlight of my costwolds visit. It is located in central london and very easy to access via the London Underground or other public transport. 🚇 There are 4 stations all within a short walking distance of the British Museum: Tottenham Court Road, Holborn, Russell Square, and Goodge Street. 🎫 Entrance to the museum is free and no ticket is needed. They do ask for a donation on admission but this is not required. Inside the museum there are many different exhibitions with collections of art, sculptures, artefacts and more from many different countries around the world.
