🏃🏻♂️➡️ Guangzhou Longest Shopping Mall
#chinatrip
#guangzhou
I think by far this is the largest underground shopping mall available and it is in Guangzhou! Can you imagine once to enter to the basement level, close your eyes and walk only north direction, you would need at least 1hour to finish walking and reaches the end.
If you would be shopping while walking around, this place would easily need about 4-5hours in total. But of course, there are also a lot of food and beverages like noodles, skewers and milk tea shop.
No, this is not Marocco. It's Guangzhou
Located very close to Guang Zhou Shi Huang Hua Gang Gong Yuan Park, there is a fantastic Marocan restaurant which is focusing on Middle Eastern cuisine. The excat andress is listed below.
📍Andress: 卡萨维拉摩洛哥餐厅
The food is spectacular, crispy, juicy, and it is just delicious, I think the photos speak by themselves.
After the amazing, you can enjoy shisha in the huge shisha room they have. 💨
The restaurant is a must visit destination if you are looking to fly your belly to Morocco without going there.🪁

Canton Tower Guangzhou!
The highest and longest open-air staircase in the world, the Skywalk, starts at the height of 170 m (558 ft) and spirals almost 170 m (558 ft) higher, all the way through the waist. Parts of the skywalk's floors are laid with transparent glass.
This was a night to remember when i'm in Guangzhou, been here so many time but this was the first time i see this place! A beautiful colorful night. It's a must visit place.

Nestled Among Greenery: The Peaceful Garden of Saad Bin Abi Waqqas Mosque
Nestled in the heart of Guangzhou’s Yuexiu District, the Saad Bin Abi Waqqas Mosque (also known as Xianxian Mosque) offers a serene escape from the bustling city. Set within a tranquil garden, this historic mosque is a peaceful oasis where Islamic tradition meets nature’s beauty.
Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, the mosque stands as one of China’s oldest and most revered Islamic landmarks. Surrounded by lush greenery, shaded pathways, and calm courtyards, the mosque creates an atmosphere of reflection and spiritual tranquility. Its design is a unique fusion of Chinese and Islamic architecture, with pagoda-style roofs and elegant prayer halls that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
The garden, with its quiet beauty, invites visitors to pause and enjoy the serene environment, offering a perfect contrast to the urban energy of Guangzhou. Just a short walk from Yuexiu Park Station, the mosque is also near some of the city's most iconic landmarks, like Yuexiu Park and the Five Rams Sculpture, making it a great spot for anyone interested in both history and nature.
Today, the Saad Bin Abi Waqqas Mosque remains an active place of worship and a symbol of the peaceful coexistence between different cultures and religions in Guangzhou. Guangzhou's Beijing Road Pedestrian Street: Full of life with a bit of the past tucked in.
Wandering Guangzhou’s Beijing Road Pedestrian Street was an experience I won’t soon forget. The street is a lively mix of modern shops, bustling food stalls, and vibrant energy that makes it feel alive at every turn. What makes it truly unique, though, is the hidden history beneath my feet. Glass panels in the street reveal ancient road sections from the Tang and Song dynasties, showing just how long this spot has been a hub of activity. It’s incredible to walk through centuries of history while enjoying the present-day hustle. The perfect blend of old and new! #guangzhou #pedestrianstreet #beijingroad

Tiring
This is an experience with the domestic terminal. Sometimes it feels that air travel is far more tiring than train. Since the airport's located a bit outside of town. With the subway and your luggage dragging. It makes for an exhausting experience.
There is very little in the way of character when it comes to differentiating one airport from another (in China). So, this was about the same as elsewhere. Although being Guangzhou it was more crowded. Otherwise nothing fun or amusing about the experience. Bring food along. Things are pricey at the airport and just not that appealing.

Big buddha Temple that located in YueXiu District, Guangzhou (inside the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street) is a thousand years old temple that built in Southern Han Dynasty until it got half ruined in Song Dynasty.
Until the Yuan Dynasty (917-1271), the temple was rebuilt and here it is what we can see today - the renowned, magnificent and ancient temple!!
Highlight:
- The temple light will be switched on starting from 7 pm everyday, do not miss out the moment of light on!!
- Right besides the temple, there is a shop selling the souvenirs of this temple, price is not cheap but I would say this is still reasonable at a famous tourist spot.

Personally, I would highly recommend to take the pictures with the tower from afar at Haixinsha Yayun Park station as you will get the full view + the sunflower view during the summer time.
Gentle reminder:
- There is not really having any shelter here!! Remember to bring along the umbrella if you come at noon in summer.
