I had an amazing day enjoying the beautiful sights of Marina Bay Sands, right in front of the Fullerton Hotel. The view is simply breathtaking. There's something magical about the way the sun sets behind the iconic Marina Bay Sands towers, casting a golden glow that reflects off the waters of the bay. I started my day with a peaceful walk along the Marina Bay waterfront. The fresh breeze and the sparkling water made me feel so alive. Everywhere I looked, there was something beautiful to see. The lush greenery, modern architecture, and the dynamic skyline all came together to create a picture-perfect moment. As the day went on, I decided to take a break and stopped by Starbucks, located right by the Fullerton Hotel. It's the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the views. I ordered my favorite drink—a caramel macchiato—and found a cozy corner by the window. With Marina Bay Sands in the backdrop, it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. While sipping my coffee, I couldn't help but take out my phone and snap a few pictures. Everything around was so picturesque—the reflection of the skyscrapers on the water, the contrast between the historical charm of the Fullerton Hotel and the futuristic look of Marina Bay Sands, and the bustling atmosphere around me. Stayed at one of the iconic hotel - Marina Bay Sands. The hotel is conveniently located and is near garden by the bay where you can drop by to see the light show at night. Room is very spacious and it comes with a bath tub. Love the floor to ceiling window where you get to see Singapore city view and catch some iconic building like Esplanade and Supreme Court. The restaurant is opulently decorated with oriental lanterns and fancy carpet. It looks dark in the interior but during the day the natural light streams in through the windows. Love the sichuan xiaolong bao is so delicious with the flavourful soupy juice that is subtly spicy. The pork black is great too and upgraded version of timhowan bun of course! The Christmas decorations in the shopping centre is so magical and marvellous. Christmas trees dangling from the ceiling?! That is just amazing! Dior really did a great job. Also, there are rows of Christmas trees right outside of MBS, along the river. It is just the perfect location for a walk with family and friends~ Especially during night time.

I booked for a reservation at Picotin - Waterboat House due to its amazing view of MBS. The building is in Art Deco style and is previously a fresh water supply house for ships coming to Singapore. The restaurant has an unblocked view of MBS when seated at the right areas. We were first seated indoors at Level 2 even though I booked the Captain’s Deck at the rooftop, as the staff said it’s raining. But it shouldn’t be an issue since the Captain’s Deck is covered. After resolving the miscommunication, we were then transferred at the top. The captain’s deck is the perfect seat for private dining with almost 360-degree view of the MBS skyline. The food is friendly as we are all familiar with European cuisine and wouldn’t break your bank. I recommend getting the Captain’s Deck or the rooftop tables especially during sunset. Part of my sister’s birthday celebration last July, we booked a reservation at Lantern on a Sunday. Lantern is a rooftop bar located in Fullerton Bay Hotel. We made sure to book a timeslot that would allow us to catch the sunset. We arrived at the restaurant with few people already there. We overheard at the lift that there would be fireworks later that night as part of the NDP practice. We were excited as we did not expect this. The usual schedule for the NDP practice was on Saturdays so we were very lucky. The food menu was typical bar food. We also ordered cocktails to go with the food we ordered while watching parts of the NDP practice closer. We were really intending to stay just to see the sunset but since there were fireworks scheduled for that day, we extended for a bit. When time came for the fireworks, everyone was so excited with our location making it seem like we’re closer to the fireworks. If you’re coming here, do not expect too much from the food and cocktails though. The food and cocktails are of the same level as other places in Singapore. MBS stands for Marina Bay Sands, has now become an iconic Landmark in Singapore. With a shopping mall, casino and gardens by the bay, it has everything for your perfect stay. Loved the room and services and the view of Gardens by the way was unmatched. Cherry on the top is it's infinity pool, which is world wide popular for its size.
