Being a smaller airport. It makes Wenzhou much more bearable. In comparision to a lot of bigger airports where check in to flying and baggage collection feels very exhausting. At Wenzhou longwan, things went very smoothly. It was well connected with the transit system so a matter of minutes and we were already on the transit to the city. This is an experience with the domestic terminal. Sometimes it feels that air travel is far more tiring than train. Since the airport's located a bit outside of town. With the subway and your luggage dragging. It makes for an exhausting experience. There is very little in the way of character when it comes to differentiating one airport from another (in China). So, this was about the same as elsewhere. Although being Guangzhou it was more crowded. Otherwise nothing fun or amusing about the experience. Bring food along. Navigating through the airport was relatively easy with the clear and simple signage. Check-in can be done through the kiosks or through counters.
