Yilun suddenly got interested in researching the origins and recipes of Beef Wellington with her husband, which made me want to try different restaurants' Beef Wellington dishes 😂 And this restaurant, ✨Around Wellington✨, is famous for its Beef Wellington, which attracted us to give it a try.

Very satisfied with the extremely crispy puff pastry, even after taking photos for a while, it remained crispy 🥰. The beef fillet was thick and substantial, with a firm yet tender texture. The cooking was well-controlled 👍🏻. The mashed potatoes were smooth, seemingly with some black truffle, making them very tasty.

The presentation is beautiful, and the staff will kindly introduce each dish and the order in which to eat them. My favorites are the grilled white fish and the toro fish paste; the white fish has a chewy texture and a fresh, tender flavor, while the toro fish paste is completely tendon-free and melts in your mouth.

There are five flavors to choose from: yuzu jelly, spicy radish paste, green onions, kelp pickle, and cocktail sauce. Each flavor is unique. The oysters are plump and juicy, with a smooth and delicate texture, so delicious that you'll want to keep asking for more.

There are also many flavors to choose from for the baked oysters, including sake, garlic, chili, mala, cheese, and tom yum. Each seasoning is flavorful and complements the fresh taste of the oysters, making them very appetizing.

There's a wide selection of skewers, and they're grilled to order, served hot. My favorite is the chicken thigh; the skin is grilled to a delicious crisp, and the meat is tender and juicy, with excellent seasoning.

The oyster chazuke rice has a salty flavor, allowing you to savor the freshness of the oysters, which are plump and go well with the rice. The hand-pulled udon has a smooth and chewy texture.

However, the area was packed with people 🤦🏻♀️ so we walked a little further to find a place to eat in Hung Hom. Avenue75 caught my attention with their cocktail menu, which features six signature cocktails, each with a story explained through pictures and text. I was impressed to find that the cocktails and the wall paintings in the restaurant complement each other, both featuring different countries' art and culinary cultures, successfully blending art with fine food and drinks 🥂
