I had visited Legoland in Nagoya, and it’s by far the most fun Legoland I’ve ever been to! My first amazing trip to Nagoya, Japan and wanted to share my experiences. Nagoya is a vibrant city that has something to offer everyone, from families to thrill-seekers. Discovering the Wonders of Science: My first stop was the Nagoya City Science Museum. This museum was a fascinating place to learn about science and technology. There were interactive exhibits, planetarium shows, and even a dinosaur exhibit. It was a great way to spend a few hours and learn something new. Building Memories at Legoland Japan: Next, I visited Legoland Japan (I am a lego fan). This theme park was a total blast! The rides were thrilling, the LEGO creations were incredible, and the atmosphere was full of fun and excitement. I especially loved the Miniland area, where you can see iconic landmarks from all over Japan built entirely out of LEGO bricks. Indulging in Authentic Japanese Cuisine: No trip to Japan would be complete without trying some of the local cuisine. In Nagoya, I had the opportunity to try unagi don, a delicious dish made with grilled eel on a bed of rice. It was absolutely delicious and a must-try for any food lover. The park is not far from the city center and is not very large, but it is enough to spend a whole day there. There is also a Sealife aquarium outside. It is very suitable for children and family outings, with more than 20 rides, most of which are for children. I went during a weekday in the summer, and there were basically no lines for the rides, so there was no need to buy a skip pass. The children had a great time, although the weather in Japan can be a bit hot in the summer. The food in the park's restaurants is quite average, but there are many restaurants outside the park to choose from. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or on trip.com, and you can enter by scanning a QR code, which is very convenient. The park's design is very thoughtful and perfect for taking photos.

A nice and interesting place that can be visited by families with children. The rides are more suitable for children up to 12 years old because the games are mostly for small children. Visiting on weekdays, when entering the rides there is no queue. We visited the restaurant for breakfast and dinner during our stay in M+ Boutique Hotel as it is just next to the hotel. The restaurant is clean and spacious with a large seating capacity. In the morning, the restaurant functions like a coffee shop. You shouldn't miss the wide selection of dimsum dishes. There are also food stalls selling local delicacies like noodles and yong tau foo. The Legoland California theme park is located just north of San Diego in the city of Carlsbad. This large resort has two separate theme parks (the main ride park and a water park). We stayed in the Castle Hotel that comes with themed rooms located adjacent to the main theme park entrance. There will be a safe box locked which there will be a Lego present inside. If you have booked a stay at Castle Hotel, it will be good to opt for breakfast so that you can go to the park right after that. The breakfast is buffet style, do go early to avoid crowds. Definitely a must visit place if you are travelling with family! #legoland

A great place to hangout with family and friends. We reached there at around 10 am and thought that we are very early and what will we do for the entire day. But as the day passed we found it very difficult to cover the entire resort in that limited time. The resorts closing time is 6pm however we left ad around 6.45 and there was a huge crowd which did so. And even after leaving that late we were thinking that we could spend more time there. Since it's summer holidays and especially we went there on a bank holiday it was super crowded and busy. The first ride we took had a waiting time of around an hour. And all the major rides had the same waiting time but all were worth the wait. The rides I liked specially were the water splash, the haunted house and the fairy tale ride. The fairy tale ride was so fascinating that we took it twice, and also because it was not that busy. It is recommended that you take spare clothes if you want to indulge in the water rides. A day pass can be upgraded to annual pass at no extra charge. If you are a thrill seeker like me, make sure you do not miss out the roller coaster rides mentioned below! All roller coater rides have a minimum height requirement of 105 cm and minimum age 4 years old. Kids above 130 cm and 8 years old can ride alone without an accompanying adult. LEGO TECHNIC All the attractions here are kids friendly. Do not miss The Great LEGO Race which is supposedly the world’s first LEGO virtual reality roller coaster. However during my visit it was just a normal roller coaster without any VR device given. The ride itself was not too thrilling. LEGO CITY All attractions here cater to kids. Can skip if you are not bringing kids. LEGO Kingdoms There are 2 roller coasters here. Dragon's Apprentice is less thrilling than The Dragon (entrance is located in a castle). Try both! The Dragon is probably the most thrilling attraction among all the attractions. Even though it is just average compared to the most thrilling rides in other theme parks.
