Chill Phuket Birthday Trip

I spent a chill and relaxing trip in Phuket with beautiful sunsets everyday! I stayed in the Chanlai Romantica Hotel, this is a very nice and convenient hotel. It takes just 3 minutes walks to Kata beach! Kata beach is beautiful and sunsets are stunning! I went to different night market every night. The weekend Naka Market is the best one! Spent my birthday up in the mountains of Titlis in Engelberg! With my Swiss Travel Pass, the journey up was 50% off! Totes worth it! 💸 The trip up on the cable car was stunning - seeing the views as we ascend. Afterwards switching to the 360 rotating gondola which offered us even more views from high up! 😍 Tried every experience that we could - from the Glacier Cave to the Cliff Walk to the Ice Flyer. Even took home the printed touristy pics for the fridge 😜 The restaurant above served an abundance of Halal food which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed with the view of the clouds 😋🍛 Already planning another trip when it’s slightly warmer to be able to do more activities! nice birthday staycation experience

we booked the hotel through klook with the upgrade the n2 room . the check in experience was very nice , we do not have to wait for the check in and the reception guided us to our room as well . she also showed us where our kid can play inside the hotel with all sort of facilities. there was a mini playhouse , slime time experience and game room on the second floor where children could play there during the stay. we also got a mini kit with puzzles and colour book which was just fit to our 3-year old kid. for dinner our reservations already included a 3 course set dinner . we ordered a tuna and lobster bisque as appetisers, beef short ribs to be shared for two and the lemon tart and chocolate cake as dessert . for the kid we also ordered the macaroni and cheese with sweet potato fries and an orange juice ( total $201 upon Chek out ) . all the food was nice and actually we were all full despite it looks like not a lot of food ! one of the reason we chose this hotel was that we can have bubble bath in the bath tub . the hotel also provide bath salt so we could enjoy a nice evening in our room ! the next morning breakfast was a semi buffet breakfast in UG level. there were variety of pastries which all of them are nice ! my child also liked the donuts there ! it’s special that they also serve chia seed pudding in buffet breakfast and there were lots of fruits choices! we also got a tea set to take away home . the service here was excellent that we would definitely recommended to our friends with kids as well as furry friends ! #foodie #staycation #香港好去處 #birthday #celebration #bathtub #bubblebath #buffetbreakfast #november

name of restaurant is Steak House Bar. I would give this restaurant 10 stars if there was anything like that, it’s so spacious, you can have dinner with a lake view, it gives that extra dinner set up. it has different set ups and it’s up to you to pick what you’re going for, it also has some cinema outside the restaurant where you could sit and watch a movie if you like. it becomes a bar after 9pm so food orders close and only snacks like fries are what you can order after 9pm. their food is a bit expensive so you might want to have enough money but you’d be satisfied from even just one plate. but it’s 100% worth it! the food tastes so damn! amazing!!😵‍💫😍 I loved the food especially the pasta with mushroom and black truffle I ordered. honestly I think a 150 yuan is enough for food only. coming to their services.! damn yoooh their services were top notch, we went with our own bottle of wine. and they put it for us in a bucket of ice even without us asking, they kept refilling our cups every time we finish the wine in our cups. they gave me an extra free bottle of wine, as a birthday gift since I went there on my birthday and they also gave us an extra free meal plate that had fries. the ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and gave extra dinner vibes, you might wanna dress up and this place matches almost any type of dinner. romantic dinner with your boyfriend or girlfriend.😝 business dinner too and a friends dinner too. they also offer private dinner rooms that are also so spacious incase you want to have a bigger dinner with more people and they can have waiters attend to you specifically in the rooms. you just have to reserve in advance. High Sky Celebration

I was booked the Ritz Carlton Hotel for the celebration. Originally, I was booked the corner room with city view , but the front desk staff was upgraded my room to executive suite that had 110 square feet’s. It was large enough for the living. For the sky high celebration with harbour view , it had a gorgeous moment of the stay. Family oriented hotel with superb location!

We went for staycation in Shangri-La to celebrate our son birthday. We asked for help from the staff to take photos of the candle blowing. They go above and beyond by printing our photos in frame and send it to our room along with a small bday cake!!! All in house!!! My son and his friend have lots of fun in splash zone (kids pool) and buds (indoor playground). They also provide complimentary cake decoration session for kids. Outstanding level of services and amazing facilities! The hotel also give us complimentary early check in and late check out at 3pm! Triple thumbs up! #staycation #birthday

Thanks to Tripblazer, I can have birthday celebration at Regent Singapore. This is the most basic but comfortable room. It's not too small or big. When I reached by 3.30pm, I was greeted by cheerful and smiley receptionist. I can see that she serve with heart but too bad didn't capture her name. The room shower head spoiled but technician came over to fix it. Asked for additional amenities and it came! However, need to wait for quite long. Service here is a bit slow but okay, maybe due to lack of manpower. Indicated that I want to celebrate birthday and they provide surprise & sweet note. Price - 350 SGD nett (Premier Courtyard Room, 2021 corporate rate) Note: Photos show Quay Room, not Premier Courtyard Rating - 5/5 Upon entry to the hotel, I was greeted by courteous staff members. Check-in was a breeze and I was able to access my room before 2PM. Since it was my birthday, my room was upgraded (Quay view). It was very spacious and with a balcony overlooking Boat Quay. The view is spectacular, especially at night. Inside the room, there is a lounge chair and separate table with chair. It is equipped with a mini fridge, with complimentary nespresso and twg tea. Much to my delight, I was also given a birthday cake and auntie, one of their staff, even gave me a birthday card, with my picture (yes, she took a photo of the birthday girl ;)). Bento breakfast was served during that time (only in room dining), plenty and fulfilling. Food ordered were also all delicious (afternoon tea set, Ee Fu noodles, laksa)!!! Use of the swimming pool had to be booked beforehand (which is the norm nowadays). For me, water temperature is just about right (no heater though) and I thoroughly enjoyed the part of the pool where there are water jets. Luckily that time, it is not too crowded. Wonderful Birthday Staycay, Mandarin Orchard

Hotel was undergoing renovation but the service remains impeccable. Called ahead and asked if the check in would be long, and was answered truthfully to expect a crowd but would be served quickly. And surprise, the phone operator was right. Even though there were many people awaiting check in, it was orderly and the wait was not too long. Also super surprised to be able to receive my keys quickly and the stay was awesome. Thanks to the very sweet and courteous Ms Hailee So who checked me in quickly and smoothly. Checking in was pretty smooth and the staff was really helpful in pointing out directions and answering all our questions. And this is also probably the first time a staff wished happy birthday to the 👸 during check in, which is truly a nice gesture. Appreciate the birthday cake 🎂 and card in the room too! Loving the balcony for the room to get some fresh air (no squirrels when I was there 🤣). The room overlooked the pool which can be seen quite clearly despite the low floor. Very clean and neat rooms with some dried fruits as welcome amenity. Also what I love about garden wing was that there are plants and flowers growing by the balconies, so that the hotel doesn't look drab and concrete, and there are nice little gardens to take a good stroll 😊 Glad that there was a choice of ala carte buffet or just the ala carte items themselves so we picked the buffet which was soo good 👍👍👍 wide variety of food and taste good and fresh 😋 fortunately we checked in earlier before lunch but too bad we went abit late so we got limited time to lunch. Breakfast have variety and taste alright too! Service was pretty brisk as well. Went on a weekday but was surprising hard to book slots, so picked the first morning slot which was very peaceful. Glad that there is a lifeguard on duty even in the early morning 😅 Beware the pool is 2.5m at deepest end 😅 Gym is 24h which is great and doesn't require booking when I went that time, and it is really big! will probably come back to try Valley Wing with their lounge and Tower wing if there is a chance!

Got hot 🍫 as one of the drinks and it was the best decision ever since it came in a pot instead of just a cup 😋 the in room manager really wheeled the whole setup in without incident and was also friendly #respect💯 also used the iconic pool at night and in day to have both pretty day and night views overlooking Singapore River and surrounding monuments like Victoria Concert Hall. Tried out the free tours organised by the hotel and Fullerton Bay; honestly I preferred the Fullerton Bay Hotel tour Food wise was normal but I love the cute cappuccino with the bear motif using chocolate powder 🧸🥰
