I start with Walking to one of the most beautiful Cathedral in the world and yes! I think it’s one of the most beautiful the Architecture from outside is very stunning, with the details and how big the Cathedral is. And then I walk inside to see the inside architecture and the inside did not disappoint me as well. Besides the crowded crow both in- and outside, I still find this place stunning anyway. Would definitely come back to visit during the Christmas Market again. And I went to the Thai restaurant to get some Thai noodle. I was put up on the huang he road during my stay in shanghai. And every day on my way to the metro station I would pass by jia Jai tang bao. Always wondered why so many people were qued up. So decided to try with a Chinese friend who gave good reviews for it. Since then I might have been there tree times. The food is simplistic yet flavourful. These are varieties of dumplings and my personal favourite is their scallion oil noodles. They have sets too and its not so difficult to decide by the menu. Noodle Tour in London London has many great spots, and I’m on a mission to discover some hidden gems you must try. Today, I’m at @kungfunoodleuk in @chinatownlondon , which specialises in dishes from China’s Gansu Province. Their highlight is the Lan Zhou beef noodles, featuring hand-pulled noodles in a rich broth, topped with tender beef slices and a drizzle of chili oil 🍜 I was impressed by the generous portion size, especially for under £14. The noodles were exceptionally long and chewy, while the beef was incredibly tender. Although I found the soup aromatic, I thought it could use more robust flavours! 🤤 The Shanxi oil-spill noodles were a pleasant surprise. Another Michelin Star guide in the Hart of Bangkok City where this stall is accredited michelin due to its springy noodles, hearty meat broth and soft chewy meatballs. There are 2 stalls here actually, one on the left is the michelin accredited stall while the right one where some say taste much better. But I still do recommend you to try this at least once, and although this is a michelin star noodle shop, the prices are still quite friendly. If you are travelling a road trip to KL, you should stop by an underated town called tangkak where this famous, popular among locals, the Chew Chee Kedai Mee located at 133, Jalan Muar, 84900 Tangkak, Johor. The mee here is so springy even when you eat it cold, they use the noodles to make either wonton mee or curry noodles. You will be able to bite into that springy QQ noodles, and it's so good that you are even able to buy it either vacuum packed or I'm boxes. Really, try it to believe. One of a must try is the Go Noodle House located at level G, does surprise me with its like ban mian or the different kind of noodles that you can choose from. But do take not this place isn't halal. This place is good because it also give you the flexibility to choose to add from extra meatballs, to extra servings of noodles, to mushroom, anything is customizable and addable. Chilli here is pretty good too! A 5* recommendation for sure! Not sure where this noodle is from, but this remind me of the old China eateries located in mainland China. Can also be one of my dream destination and hopefully China will be open to travel soon!

Always get the dry version of the dish as you get served with a bowl of soup on the side and you can add it into the noodles if you wish to have it as a soup option but you can't make a dry option if you order the soup version. Located at 54, Jalan Tan Hiok Née called Kedai Kopi Xuu Yau, a small little corner shop with only about 9 tables serves really good texture egg noodles, with that black sauce and chilli wanton mee. The Charsiu used has ample amount of meat and fats that makes you want to have more. This place opens at 6.30am in the morning but if you do come after 7.30am, you will be waiting in line for about 15-20mins at least, although the queues generally move quite fast but the popularity of this place is mostly among local Malaysians. Trust me, you wouldn't want to order the small bowl because it won't be enough since its so good!
