This is Bottega which serves woodfire pizza and legit carbonara. Their carbonara is made from egg and pancetta, not with loads of cream. It tastes great. Located in the heart of CBD, Ragazzi is a small Italian restaurant and wine bar. The food was incredibly delicious. The service is professional and the vibe reminds me of restaurants in Italy. The pasta is cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the Mafaldine - good balance of flavours. If you like a slightly more heavier, the Conchiglie is also tasty. The food from the very beginning was absolutely phenomenal. We had several starters including the scallops, kingfish and croquette but the tartare was a complete standout for us! The mains were also very good. The staff were very friendly, this place is very big on wines and the dishes are on the smaller side. They were very flavourful. I couldn't help but stuff myself with pasta everytime i went here. I would drag someone along with every possible excuse I could find. I had been craving some properly cooked pasta for so long and it was perfect. Everything is well kept, even the smallest details. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Food is excellent and the service is very good. They accept credit cards, including contactless tap and pay digital wallet payments via phone, without any annoying surcharges. Come on to the top floor for an even better atmosphere and a classic 1950s Italian space feeling. Even with some hilarious pictures about liquors. Caffe E Torta is old and well known. It's a bit of tourist trap with high prices and appearance. But also I have had a lot of people talk about it. Tastewise my experiences haven't been what i expected it to be. But still it's a doable spot. Especially since it's located right in the heart of CBD. Those Brentwood chairs and darkwood interiors give a very European sort of a vibe. Then an asian waitress helps bring you back to Australia. I wanted to try the pasta that people recommended to me. It turned out to be decent. The ham and cheese melt I had on another trip could have done better with some sauce or seasoning. Eggs and avocados on toast were nice. Café has an excellent selection of gluten free delights. Has a local vibe although there are also plenty of tourists. The coffee is very good. Plenty of outdoor seating on both sides of the corner. refreshing stop under the high temperatures close to Colosseum and in addition you can find tasty pistachio tiramisu. The Italian way of making iced coffees is quite interesting but everything cool is welcomed under the sun. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the owner was so kind. Osteria ilaria is run by the same people as Tip 00 and this place popular too. Be sure to make a reservation before coming, however do note that there is a charge for no shows. Being a solo diner, I liked that their starters could be ordered per piece. I loved the mushroom croquette, the scallop was good too but the mushroom croquette really stole the show. The lamb ragu with pappardelle pasta was rich and comforting, it really hit the spot for me. I didn’t want the dish to end. The pappardelle was incredible. Personally one of the best pasta dishes i’ve ever had, the lamb ragu was so tender and juicy, combined with the capsicum and macadamia, each bite was amazing. This was a perfect start to Venice. We arrived early in the morning and well by the time we reached the city it was coming to 8am. Looked up this place. It's got a perfect location in the centre. Walked in for breakfast. The staffw as friendly and helped us store the luggage. The meju had plenty of breakfast options. The place filled up in not time. Located within one of the Soi, it is definitely the best vegetarian Italian food I have ever tasted. Allium can be removed when asked. Loved their Fried Ravioli and Alfredo Pizza so much. We were first time here in Bath and we have no idea where to eat. This is a happy accident that we choose this restaurant😍. This is one of the best Italian restaurant I have eaten for quite awhile. The restaurant is called La Favorita, located at The Sixteenth, 2/F, Oxford House, Tai Koo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay. Went there for family lunch, so we had a quite big party that allow us to order many varieties. They have lunch set which includes appetizer, main dish and desserts. In the beginning they will serve bread and olive oil as complementary. We ordered sparkling water for the drinks, but they have much more choices including alcohols. For the appetizer, we have king prawn cocktail, tomato salad with mozzarella cheese and cheese platter (I don’t know how they call it but in the platter are tartar meat, salami, ham, aged meat and cheese). My favorite is the prawn cocktail as the prawns are big and there are some smaller prawns inside the bowl. For the main dishes, what stucks on my mind is the cheese wheel. The restaurant staff will come with a trolley and a bowl made of cheese (so inside is hollow and where cooked kind-of-macaroni put inside) and will prepare the food in front of us. It is creamy and filling, but didn’t make you feel too sick of cheese. Other main dish includes bolognaise, seafood stew, pork belly, wagyu beef (the food actually comes with Italian name, but I cannot remember it, so I just write according to the ingredients) For dessert, they have tiramisu, pudding and fruits with sherbet. All tastes good without too overwhelmingly sweet. As common for fine dining, we took 2 hours to finish the whole meal, so make sure you have plenty of time to spare in the restaurant #italian ##finedining
