长脸张少侠Macau [Fortress of Mount Fortress]
Also known as St. Paul's Fortress, it was built in 1617 and completed in 1626, which took ten years. The fortress was built on a hill. Although the hill is not high, it is located in the center of the Macau Peninsula and is the main commanding height, which is convenient for controlling all directions. It covers an area of about 8,000 square meters and has complete facilities. The fortress is equipped with a reservoir, military storage, officers and soldiers' barracks, etc. It was the center of Macau's defense system at that time. The building is three stories high. The ground floor is the entrance lobby and administrative department of the exhibition hall. The first floor is the Handover Gifts Exhibition Hall and the Special Exhibition Hall, and the second floor is the lecture hall. The Handover Gifts Exhibition Hall mainly displays the handover gifts presented to Macao by the State Council of China, provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
