Great company

Great company! I received excellent advice on choosing a new mattress, especially since I’m a hot sleeper and most mattresses only make it worse. The customer service team is lovely and incredibly helpful. They offer a great selection of mattresses and beds - everything you need for a perfect night’s sleep!

The worst matress ever

The worst matress ever, i buy first hybrid, was so soft not comfortable then i return, and order memory foam, and after month was already dip hole in the middle, and not comfortable. So i return aswell and finish with this company. They quality go much much down as used to they was better

Bed in a box

I thought the delivery guys were considerate hard working and helpful.
Having a mattress delivered in a box is a great strategy.
Wasn't that impressed with the base being delivered separately days afterwards by a complete different company, but that delivery team were courteous and helpful also.

GOOD QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY BACKED UP BY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a hybrid mattress, which was very competitively priced and of good quality. Ever since then I have managed to have a comfortable sleep despite having joint problems. There is only one tiny negative in that it took a while for that new bed 'chemical like' smell to wear off. Nectar customer service advice was very good, they advised opening windows, leaving sodium bicarbonate on sills to absorb the smell etc., Now it is hardly noticeable.

I would definitely recommend buying a Nectar product, this is a good company with great follow up service, if needed. I have two other beds to buy and will definitely use Nectar when making my next purchase.

Efficient despatch

The items were dispatched really quickly and were well packaged. The photograph of the linen bedding was not really like the actual item. I know it is difficult to reproduce colours exactly but this was a long way off! Fortunately I absolutely love the colour of the bedding- so much so that I ordered more!

Great comfort at good price

The mattress is exactly as described and is so comfortable.We followed the clear instructions for opening and placed on the bed to allow it to unfurl.The only downside is the chemical smell, it is very strong and takes a few weeks to disappear.Ordering and delivery went smoothly with good communication.

Very good service in transport and…

Very good service in transport and communication about delivery.
I am now adjusting to the new mattress and am having much better sleep and find it hard to get up because it is so comfortable

Incredible Comfort and Support!”

Restful sleep no more back ache

The Mattress was purchased for my son. He has enjoyed restful sleeps since the purchase, he fingers crossed no longer complains of back ache. Will be purchasing another for ourselves in the near future ☺️

10 year warranty is NOT worth having

The mattress was so hard I couldn't sleep on it. Not cloudlike as the reviews suggested. We were going to return it but were offered a significant discount to keep it. So, I used some of the refund to buy a memory foam topper which made it much more comfortable. Fast forward one year and it's now too saggy to sleep on. Sadly the dents, which are too big to sleep on, are considered natural settlement. Unless there is a large visible crater, the warranty is as good as useless. This is the last memory foam mattress we will buy. Should have returned it within the trial period! The customer service was significantly better than the product!

Bought my first Nectar mattress over a…

Bought my first Nectar mattress over a year ago and was immediately impressed with the comfort and quality of sleep. Just replaced another with the same mattress and the same immediate effect.

I would avoid this mattress from Nectar…

I would avoid this mattress from Nectar one of the highlights was life long warranty. The mattress is stated as memory foam and is supposed to mould into your shape but after a few months the mattress because to soft and does not provide proper lumber support and causes my wife and me with lower back pain I know it was down to the mattress because when I wake up and move around the pain goes after half an hour. We decided to flip the mattress around which was not advised by Nectar and found a more harder surface and seemed to be a bit better. We brought the highest quality Nectar mattress and regret this. Very unhappy with my purchase and would avoid buying. If you like extra soft mattresses that does not give proper lumber support than go for this mattress.

86 year old disabled lady with dementia left to sleep on bedroom floor as Nectar Sleep extend delivery date of her mattress 5 times

Do not buy a Nectar Sleep Mattress! I was given a delivery date of 3rd December and since then it has been delayed (apparently stock issues) and the date changed 5 times, now expected on 19th December. Meanwhile my 86 year old mother, who has dementia and is wheelchair bound and myself has had to sleep on the bedroom floor for what will be 16 nights (if they arrive on the latest delivery date given). Nectar are fully aware of this and instead of rectifying this just keep extending the delivery date they initially provided (see previous Trust Pilot review).

Col's Extensive research

I have done extensive research over the past two weeks. My current very expensive mattress has died only got 3 years out of it. I am a big bloke with arthritis of the spine plus A.S, so first job find companies whose products can take my weight, not many, can it be used on an adjustable bed, decent. Warranty etc. No company is perfect including Nectar based on reviews, it's all about reading between the lines and looking at the percentages. Clearly a lot of the negative comments can be ignored. All good this led me here.

Customer service isn’t great

The mattress itself is nice, but it arrived damaged or more the cover of it was ripped, when I got in touch with customer service I sent pictures and you could clearly see that the damage was a rip not close to the edges and it wasn’t a straight cut, but the customer service dismissed it straight away saying it straight looks like we’ve cut it . We opened the mantress at the edges, the rip was at the middle. I was so annoyed as it’s not cheap, I called back to dispute the decision and they ended up sending a replacement for the cover but their approach to the situation was not great at all.

Our mattress was ordered around 1 week ago. Promised delivery on Friday PM and it didn't arrive. Promised delivery on Tuesday and it hasn't arrived. We have been without a mattress for 6 days now. No one to speak to after hrs when delivery is promised. Couriers they use are equally as bad. Avoid this company as customer service is 0/10

Superb from start to finish

Superb from start to finish. Would originally have never chosen this firm as I’d never heard of them in the hybrid mattress market but after a bit of background and the HUGE difference in price compared to some of the other better known brands out there, I am massively impressed. Swift delivery, quality mattress and OMG that sleep I’m now getting is fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough.
