I was surprised this hotel was pretty good for its money. High floor, no noise, inside living complex, clean. I stayed 1 night, but it's possible to live there for a couple of weeks, there is a kitchen with all the necessary things, bath tube, living room, bedroom in the apartment. They gave me a room without disgusting smoke smell. Not sure if all their rooms are non smoking, just it's so hard in China to get a REAL non smoking rooms, most of the hotels just pretend they have them. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was equipped with smart home equipment such as curtain, shades, and lighting. Room was spacious and comfortable, and dark at night, making it easy to sleep at night especially in December. Hotel reception is located at Apartment A, Level 15 which was not very easy to find but still manageable. Hotel is directly linked to the Metro through the basement making it very accessible to a lot of other malls. Service was very good and friendly especially to foreigners too. 房间设备都很好，安装了智能家居例如窗帘，灯光等，床边都能控制系统所以很方便，创业很舒服，很容易入眠。 酒店门口在A栋的第十五楼，酒店也在负一楼与地铁通，所以很方便三阳广场地铁站有很多吃的也通了很多其他的广场。服务员态度都很好，对国外人也是很理解。

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

Fantastic experience at Modena. Front desk staff were friendly and room was very clean but that was all within expectations. The facilities and attention to detail on the other hand went way above and beyond. In terms of facilities the hotel has an outstanding gym for a hotel at this price point with premium Precor machines. It also has a sauna - something missing at even some luxury hotels like Andaz. The room also comes with top end Electrolux appliances which was super surprising for the price point. I think it just highlights the property's commitment to quality. They also provided single use bed linens and towels for any guests that are ultra concerned about cleanliness. Stayed for a day and considering coming back with the family soon. Really incredible value for the price.

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oakwood in Suzhou, located right by the picturesque Dushu Lake. The location is fantastic - the lake makes for a beautiful and peaceful setting. The hotel itself is quite good. I found it to be nice and quiet, which allowed me to relax and get a restful night's sleep. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Service and amenities are solid. The staff are friendly and accommodating. While perhaps not the absolute height of luxury, the Oakwood provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 out of 10. It's a very good choice if you're looking for a nice place to stay in the Dushu Lake area of Suzhou. The tranquil location and quality of the hotel make it easy for me to recommend the Oakwood.

Apartment-Style Hotel in a convenient location, but the payed breakfast was a huge disappointment The hotel is located inside a nice mall, about 800m from a Line 1 Subway Station. Parking is easy, and there are StateGrid Charging stations nearby. Our room came with a small kitchen and washing machine, which was clean and well-equipped, though a bit outdated. The beds were very comfortable, and check-in was smooth and friendly, with no issues accommodating foreign guests. However, booking rooms with additional breakfast turned out to be a significant mistake. The breakfast room was shockingly small, chaotic, and poorly managed. Tables meant for 4-6 people were taken up by just 2 guests, leaving families like ours to sit separately. Staff made no effort to bring any order to the chaos, and it seemed like nobody was in charge of ensuring guests were seated properly. The disorganization left us frustrated and ruined what should have been a relaxing morning. This was such a disappointment, especially given how well the rest of the hotel was run. We will stay here again, but absolutely will not be booking the breakfast. Fortunately, there are better options in the mall, like Tim Hortons, or you can prepare your own breakfast in the room.

In order to go to the concert, I chose Nanjing Wanhuicheng Hotel, which was a wise move! The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and there is a washing machine, which is super convenient. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the bedding is comfortable, which makes people sleep well all night. The location is also very convenient, and the transportation is very convenient. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to the concert!

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

Nice spot to stay. Staff were extremely helpful and gave good direction for getting into town. Location a little too far out of Suzhou but there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pool was nice and clean.

The hotel has convenient and free parking, and there are two underground garages, which is really good. The room is also very clean. It is located in the city, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Give it a thumbs up. I will stay here again next time I come to Taicang

I am most disappointed in the desk attendants who worked at my check in time. I was blatantly ignored upon arrival; very distasteful. The attendant on Saturday made up for it with a much more pleasant and polite disposition. The cleaning staff was also very kind and helpful. The hotel, on the other hand, was not bad. The room is very spacious and relatively clean. There was cigarette ash on the toilets when I arrived. The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area. Perfect for quiet walks, sightseeing, and jogging. There are shops surrounding the hotel which makes for a convenient stay. It’s roughly 10mins by drive away from the Gate of the Orient which was a plus!

I took our kids out to play during the summer vacation. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs. There are shopping malls all around. The subway is downstairs. The transportation is really convenient. The room is very big. It is a suite with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, rice cooker and so on. You can also wash your clothes by yourself. The washing machine has a dryer. It is very convenient to take the kids out to play. You can wash clothes and the room is cleaned very well. If there is not enough water to drink, I asked the housekeeper to send a few more bottles immediately. There are also small packages of Yilibao tissues to take away. I am very satisfied with it. It is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends when I go back.

The hotel's location is excellent, facing Taihu Lake and the scenery is excellent. Entering the lobby, the spacious and bright space and elegant decoration are eye-catching. The front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in procedures are quick and efficient. Manager Wu in the lobby was the first to deliver warm Tremella soup. To be honest, the taste is really good, which made me feel warm and at ease during the tired journey. The layout of the room is warm and comfortable, and every detail shows quality and care. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The room is fully equipped and very well maintained. The clean and tidy bathroom is equipped with high-quality toiletries, giving people a feeling of being at home. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is a pet-friendly hotel, and it is recommended for dog lovers to stay. 👍

It was a great trip. The hotel was awesome. It was the first time I stayed in such a nice apartment. It had everything a hotel had, including a microwave, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There was a seafood market next to the hotel, which was perfect for those of us who came here to eat crabs. Xiao Wang was awesome. He knew that we were three families and thought of ways to help us turn into one floor and upgrade the room. It was awesome! ! I was worried that the heated water would be cold, but the swimming pool in this hotel was awesome, with warm water! The water quality was also good. The children's playground was also fun, and there were movies. It was really nice to stay here for several days without getting bored! It's also close to the airport.

A very satisfying stay! The whole building is a twin building, and next door is the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It is equivalent to enjoying the same viewing angle as a five-star hotel. The scenery should not be too beautiful on a sunny day~ The apartment with two bedrooms and one living room is very suitable for a family trip. Our family of four lived comfortably. The room is very clean, fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, and induction cooker. The central air conditioner can adjust the temperature in different zones. Although the floor is very high, the elevators operate in zones, making travel very convenient. Next door is Wanxianghui, which offers various restaurants, Hema fresh food, and shopping is very convenient. Metro Line 4 is within walking distance. The most important thing is that the landlady’s service is warm and thoughtful, her communication is smooth, and she helped us solve many minor problems. Thank you~ Next time I come to Wuxi, I will choose this place first.

We take our dogs on vacation every weekend to enjoy it. This time we choose an apartment. But to be honest, I am not very satisfied with this apartment. The facilities are a bit old. Although the room is OK and relatively spacious, the facilities inside are a bit old. There is no warm family feeling. Although you can cook, the induction cooker heats very slowly and cannot meet the cooking conditions. The breakfast is not rich and there are few types of hot dishes, especially meat dishes, which need improvement. Overall Average, not the worst, but the distance is good and the standards are good. Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

The room is very new. It is on the 38th floor. It has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a wide view. Whether it is day or night, the colorful night view of the city is beautiful and refreshing. The hotel is strategically located, very close to the Taihu Lake. In the evening, you can watch the sun setting in the light of Liyuan, and you can only sigh that the sky is full of clouds as the sun sets. The room is very large in size and has a structure of 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. It has 2 large beds, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker and other small appliances. It is the first choice for family travel at home. The large projection effect in the living room is very good, and the movie is visually stunning. The mahjong table also adds a little fun to family travel. Miss He Yan at the front desk needs to be praised for her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service, sweet voice, barrier-free communication, and answers to all questions. She is like the girl next door, serious and responsible at work, super awesome, the boss should add chicken drumsticks. If you are traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends. We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!

Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service staff are friendly and all basic needs are met. Good value for money, suitable for short-term business or leisure stay. Will consider staying again next time.

It is a new business building. It is difficult to find the house number. There is no obvious sign outside the building. The front desk is on the 5th floor. This is not friendly to people carrying large bags. It is not close to the subway station and the small street is very crowded. Later, we all changed to ride more convenient. It’s not far from where it’s centered. It’s very comfortable to ride. It’s not tired. Others are OK from the price. From the front desk service, all aspects of health are OK.

It was a very happy stay experience. The management aunt and uncle were very enthusiastic. Seeing that there were elderly people traveling with us, they specially asked and cared about many things to pay attention to. Since I stayed in the room for three consecutive days, I didn't have to bother my aunt to clean it every day. I told her what I needed and she brought it immediately.

A little bit far out of town but close to at least 5 convenience stores so getting essentials isn’t hard I could not find the entrance so someone came out and found me. Once you are at the map location, find the purple bank, keep facing the direction you came out of the metro station and walk until you see a hotel/apartment lobby Enter the lobby and go up to the 33rd floor, then follow the arrows to the front desk Amenities and service are good, there was a washing machine and detergent in my room
