Join us at Sunrise Beach Recovery Yoga by April May + Club Alo! This is an all levels class to help make Miami more mindful. Watch the sunrise, connect with nature, and meet new friends along the way. Alo goodies will be provided to the first come first serve attendees. Donation amount is $10/per person. No refunds for donations for this event. When: Friday, September 27th at 7:00am-8:00am Where: South Beach and 1st street by the blue lifeguard tower! We will be at South Beach & 1st Street Lifeguard Tower- there is free parking until 9am in front of Nikki beach, you just walk around it to the beach, we will be by the blue lifeguard stand!What to Bring: Bring a mat and/or beach towel! Notes: Arrive early! Alo goodies will be provided to the first 300 attendees. Minimum donation amount is $10/per person in order to recieve goodies. Sunrise Yoga and April May Yoga are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. *This event is weather-dependent, and there may be cancellations if it rains. 😍🌅❤️🙏 About the Teacher: April May Gardner is a vinyasa-based yoga instructor in Miami. She has been teaching for over 6 years various styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Sculpt, Myofascial Release Yoga and Aerial yoga. She is well-liked and respected by her students from all around the world. She is currently in Miami teaching at studios, sunrise yoga and special public and private events in the South Florida area to create and build community. She began teaching Free sunrise beach yoga in May of 2022 as a way to connect with nature and the beauty of the sunrise. Her students since then have followed. she shares her stories and events on social media. Follow her on Instagram @aprilmayyoga to keep up with the latest events and happenings. As major e-commerce and brands imitate casper to start expanding offline stores, I ran into this store in Lincoln Road Mall when I was hanging out in Miami Beach. There are discount activities in the store. The mattress is really comfortable.

Many cities have duck boat sightseeing projects, this time in Miami South Beach experience is still very good. The duck boat is a boat with wheels, is a dual-use vehicle, can be both on land in the form of a car, can also be sailed in the form of a boat on water, very interesting. This time we booked the last class of the day, and it happened to be sunset on the water, which was very beautiful. The guide&#39;s explanation is also very funny. It is worth the experience.

This area is so cool and unique with a bygone era that has been restored. The boutique hotel is very nicely renovated with a busy restaurant, live music and a patio where you can relax with plenty of drinks and watch people and traffic go by. Weekends are busier than weekdays, live entertainment is everywhere and all types of music can be enjoyed. The trip was rewarding and highly recommended. Very nice!
