Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The room at Valley Wing was spacious. We had a room with good sea views. The lobby on the ground floor is huge but we would recommend the hotel to adjust the temperature higher up as it was freezing cold and consumed energy to keep the low temperature. We had all our meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the hotel as there was some variety to suit our tastes. The Yum for breakfast is a bit congested but there was plenty of food to eat. Lunches and dinners at Shang Palace were good although we had to wait a long time for our food at our last night there. This was perhaps due to some banquet at the same time. The Flyer Catch served Mediterranean food. The sea food there was great and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Public transportation is convenient as the hotel is just above Line 2 and Line 3.

Airconditioning was not working in the room and breakfast just Chinese style. Overall the hotel and location was great

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, combining luxury with warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. A special mention goes to a staff member named Seven, who provided outstanding service to my family. From the moment we checked in until our departure, Seven was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met. His dedication and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff showed a high level of professionalism and a warm and friendly attitude. That day is very cold, took the initiative to give me a bottle of hot water, praise!! Check-in was quick and efficient without any delay, allowing me to rest quickly after a long trip. The staff also took the initiative to tell me about the convenient transportation hubs and interesting places near the hotel, which was very practical for me as a newcomer.

This is an hotel hotel that is centrally located to May 4th touristy areas. Breakfast spread was fine, offering a great variety. However, the room itself is a bit run down and the towels had stains on them when we first checked in. There is only one English speaking staff and everyone is very helpful but is not able to communicate in English. There is a convenient store just at the lobby. Pool was average. They have an indoor one which requires a swimming cap and the pool itself is very basic... overall, it was a good stay/value but I cannot strongly recommend it.

The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

Literally, one of the best hotels in Jinan. Rooms are very clean and equipped with the best devices. The staff is very professional and competent. Breakfasts are served at the highest level of taste and style. You can enjoy not only tasty dishes, but also have a great view from the 33 floor. Swimming pool area and the gym also very good.

Very friendly staff and services. The reception Lucky called me a taxi using her phone. Appreciate her help. The cons are 1) hotel is 15 mins drive away from the airport and 2) the shuttle only runs every hour - from 6-10 am, one hour interval. So if you flight is in between those times you need to wait or take the earlier one

Great rooms, well maintained. Good Breakfast Great customer service especially from the Manager Alex Zang who helped us very quickly when we had a small issue.. Without hesitation he made sure we feel comfortable at Hotel Would definitely come back....

Service was very good. We left esrly in the morning, before breakfast was served, and the people T the counter delivered a bag with breakfast for each of us.

Facilities: Very new and equipped with smart toilets, high water pressure and fast hot water. It is worthy of being a spring city. Hygiene: Very clean. As soon as I walked in and opened the curtains, I was surprised to find that the large windows were so clean! Not a single fingerprint! Environment: Very warm and very satisfied. The aromatherapy in the corridor smells great! Service: Excellent! Before coming, I will call in advance to ask what needs I have for the room! The guys at the front desk are also very nice! And they upgraded my room type for free!

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Its location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast has a lot of variety (and is the food is tasty). We plan to return again sometime in the future.

It was my first time to visit Jinan, and I was very satisfied with the hotel I chose. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a laundry room, a gym, free parking spaces, a children's playground, and a very rich breakfast. Sanitation: The overall sanitation is very clean. Environment: The environment is also very good, and the location is very convenient. The hotel is opposite Wulongtan Park, and it is also convenient to go to other attractions. Service: The service attitude of the staff is also very good, warm and polite.

Helped the customer to book, the conditions are good, the facilities are complete. There is an airport shuttle every hour. It takes 20 minutes to get to the airport. It is a very good principle for business trips to catch early flights.

Location is central. Lots of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We can see the whole city and the ocean views from our window. Great value. Front desk was on 26th floor and it did cause some trouble when I ordered outside delivery for the first time. But it’s all sorted out and had been smooth thereafter.

Good: 1. The only reason I chose this hotel is the convenient location. It's easy to go anywhere in the center of the city. 2. Bedding was clean. To be improved: 1. The drier in the self-service laundry room was awfully dirty. I felt the filter had NEVER been cleaned. When I removed the filter from the drier, it was full of fabric debris and mold. I spent 5 minutes to clean it with a tooth brush before use. I guess the hotel didn't know that the filter should be cleaned each use or at least everyday, maybe because driers are not commonly used in China. However, if you have one in use, you should know the correct maintenance! 2. There were some mistakes of documentation/operation of the hotel. We changed our room for the last day of our stay (we had two bookings with the same hotel in a row), but the hotel didn't complete the registration from their end. They sent a ”no show” notice to ctrip the agency after they helped us transfer to the new room of the 2nd booking. In addition, when we checked out, we returned the room key to the front desk in person. The front desk didn't tell us that there was a pending payment under our name but let us go. Later, the hotel sent a ”no payment” notice to ctrip. We were already back to Canada so hard to find a way to make a payment. Ctrip had to deduct it from our security deposit. The hotel's management should be improved to do things correctly rather than sending all the wrong messages to client/agency.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. The service attitude of the staff we met everywhere was very good, and they sincerely greeted and asked if they needed help. The guest relations manager was very considerate and arranged a satisfactory room for us. The complimentary concise map of scenic spots was especially suitable for travel, and the service was very satisfactory. The ocean view is unbeatable! unrivaled! The characteristic buildings of the seaside square downstairs are just visible from the room. The night view is like thousands of lights, and the room type is suitable for watching the sunrise. The facilities in the room are well-equipped, and Yantai beer, milk, etc. are provided as gifts. We like the decoration style of the room. It is large enough, clean and hygienic. I felt very comfortable for two days. The bathtub also has a good sea view, and the bathroom space is large. The sea view in the gym is amazing❗️ and the training and rest areas for fitness and swimming are quite well designed. There are a variety of cheeses for breakfast. I haven’t had cheese freedom for a long time. I really like it this time! Pastries such as Danish fruit buns are carefully made, and eggs can be used to make a variety of dishes, or only egg whites can be provided. In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

Second time stayed here and it was nice. Unfortunately gym and swimming pool wasn’t working. It was clean enough, however I believe a change on the bathroom’s corners material would be good to get rid of moisture. One towel had a hair which it was good. Besides of that it was very good stayed, good location and great view. Breakfast was good, and hotel prepares a package for you in case you are leave to early to take breakfast. The concierge service always more than helpful.

A newly opened hotel with complete facilities, clean and sanitary without dead ends. The hotel staff warmly entertained and would take the initiative to say hello when they saw it in the corridor of the elevator. The breakfast in the restaurant is very good. There are local characteristics such as Penglai noodles, and there are also various meat and vegetable combinations. The guests at the table are very satisfied. Hotel parking is very convenient. The room type also has a sea view room, you can see the sea, and it is very quiet. It is about 8 kilometers and 15 minutes drive from the scenic spot. It is very convenient to drive through the main places of play in the past. Recommended choice.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

Overall, I was very satisfied. I checked in late at night and arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. The front desk sent me a small gift and water. I was very tired. The check-in was very fast and did not delay my rest at all. The house was very clean and the room type was upgraded for free. The bathroom was very large, with dry and wet separation, and the experience was very good. I enjoyed breakfast the next day. There were not many varieties, but the quality was good. The two-day trip was very pleasant. I was very comfortable and slept well when I returned to the hotel. The only flaw was that the WiFi was always disconnected in the last half day, but it was not a big deal. I will choose it next time. Thank you for the small gift from the front desk. You can also order takeout and deliver it to the room. Basically, you can meet all your requests. Thank you very much.
