Our facility is located on Cat Street, which connects Shibuya and Harajuku, and we rent out one room on the 5th floor. The building has 5 floors, and the 1st to 4th floors are used as apparel tenants and offices, and only the 5th floor is used as accommodation facilities.

Recently visited and had a great experience. The location is amazing. The hotel is VERY trendy. There are very cool, well dressed people working in the lobby at all times, and a DJ at night. We liked the opportunity for a scene in the hotel, but it may not be for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both before and during our visit. The room was compact but very comfortable, clean, and efficient. We loved having a balcony for some fresh air and additional space. We only ate at the bar, but loved the fries with all the toppings. And the drinks were excellent. We will definitely stay at this little oasis the next time we're in Tokyo.

Perfect location for a day of shopping. Meets our expectations wishing to spend some time in a Japanese-style apartment. I am providing a small photo of the entrance because to find the accommodation we went through the site again because Google Maps does not take it in Japanese. Lukewarm water for the shower… well given the heat we had it was no problem. I was surprised by the absence of a mirror above the lab and the absence of a towel rack

The service staff here are very good, and the check-in speed is very fast, so it must be very professional, and then their service attitude is very good, they will not show you a face, they are always smiling, giving people a kind of I really want to feel close. I think this is a manifestation of the service. I am very satisfied with staying here. If I have the opportunity, I will consider it again.

The Hood is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hood offers a pleasant stay in Tokyo for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located just 900m from JR Harajuku Station and 21km from Haneda Airport. Being just minutes away from Gaiemmae Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the SHIBUYA SKY, Suga Jinja and Takeshita St all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

If you're like me, this is the perfect hotel. No frills. Just a futon on the floor, clean bathroom, hot shower, privacy. And right outside, the epicenter of bustling Tokyo culture. Shibuya pass, amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, so many people to run into and meet. Yoyogi Park, Meji Shrine, bright lights, electric futuristic Tokyo alongside the old country. The staff are very helpful, but it's nothing fancy. It's what I'm always looking for - simple, budget place, but not a hostel either. You have your privacy, and everything works well and is clean. I'd definitely book this for my next trip to Tokyo.

To me the best about this hotel is location, the model and chic style and I love the late check out time of 2pm, as I’m not a morning person. But room is small and it’s hard to put two luggages. One person is ok but too small for two person. The room only clean every two days so everyday other day I need ask for towels / garbage bags and other amenities.

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Room and bathroom are small and a bit old, but standard for Japan and very serviceable.

Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

The room is clean and neat. Although slightly smaller in space but just nice for two of us. understandable because of the location. It located near to the town, near to hibiya line and convenient to travel to famous place like ginza, shibuya, etc. Checkin and out is easy. It will be great if there is plain water dispenser in the lobby (tap water is drinkable and kettle is provided to boil it.) There is public washing machine (i remember is a coin washing machine) that you can wash your clothes and you can also monitor the washing machine status from the TV in your room which is quite convenient as well.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

First so travel experience, and this was honestly quite good. The bathrooms were clean (aside from some hair here and there, but it’s a women’s hostel what do you expect) and cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Got super dark in each pod which was perfect, and even in the summer, it wasn’t too hot (despite it saying there’s no AC there are some small units that keep the area a good temperature). I wish check in hours were a little more flexible especially considering that there’s no staff there anyway? But overall really good (close to many subway lines) and I would stay again for sure!!

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The room is quite big, and the sofa bed can accommodate four people. It is suitable for a family of three to travel here, because many hotels in Japan have a limit on the number of people, and three people have to book two rooms. It is more suitable to book this apartment. It is not far from the subway station Kuramae Station and Asakusa Station. It is right by the Sumida River. It is very convenient to see the night view of the Sky Tree and go to Sensoji Temple. There are not many restaurants around, but the subway can reach many business districts, which is not a big flaw. The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. There are dishes, bowls, spoons, cutlery, and cups. When the weather is bright and the wind is not too strong and the air is not too cold

We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We stayed 4 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchoburi when we travelled to Tokyo for a holiday in June 2023. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the bunk beds were an absolute delight for our two children who are aged 7yo and 5yo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

Easy to travel from the airport terminal 3. The location is nice too. There are family mart, 7/11, and lawson. There’re also ramen and other restaurants. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the airport. The room is clean, have amenities like soap, shampoo, hair dryer. There are also refreshing room (with vending machine) and laundry room. The receptionist is kind and speak english. Highly recommend.

The flight was too early, so I booked a night's sleep for a few hours. It was very convenient. In fact, I could take the earliest train, but I was too lazy to wait and took a taxi. Although it was small, it had all the necessary equipment, including earplugs, shower, and hair dryer. I will book it again if I go again. It's just that the check-in at the front desk is a bit troublesome. The booking on this platform cannot automatically check in. You need to call someone to come.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^
