|25.28km from city centerThe property as a whole is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Parking is spacious and well-lit, and the location is easy to reach from the interstate but positioned so there's no road noise reaching the room to interrupt your sleep. The associates at the front desk were welcoming, courteous, efficient, helpful, and professional both at check-in and check-out, and the associate on night duty was particularly helpful in promptly figuring out and fixing a glitch in the TV in my room. The room and bath were sparkling clean, the bed and other furnishings were very comfortable, and the reading light next to the couch was much appreciated in a time when good reading lights in hotels seem to be almost extinct. The HVAC worked quietly and accurately. I had to hit the road too early to sample breakfast, but I noted that the breakfast area was spacious and well-lit. All in all an excellent night's rest after a long day on the road, and at a very reasonable price - highly recommend!

|0.71km from city centerThe location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. The room will look like a log cabin, plus The decoration of animal specimens is very interesting. The middle part and the first floor of the pyramid are shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and shooting clubs. The top floor is the observation deck and the steakhouse. The hotel is relatively new, the room is relatively large, that is, the windows of some rooms are facing the indoor shopping malls, the shopping malls are exquisitely arranged, and the view from the room is also a scene. In short, to travel to Memphis, this is a place worth living.

|9.79km from city centerI was in town to help my daughter move to the area and help her get settled while she worked at her new job and I worked remotely during the days. The biggest complaint I had was the internet speed. I'm in IT and work remotely, participating in video calls throughout the day. Because of this, I upgraded my internet speed to the better quality. After having problems on my video calls, I contacted Comcast (the ISP for the hotel) and they couldn't figure it out and were supposed to send someone out to investigate and fix the issue. This was on Wednesday and I checked out on Saturday morning with no resolution and no speed improvement. Throughout my stay, the faucet in the kitchen leaked maybe one drip every three or four seconds progressing to 1-2 drips each second and wrapping up my stay with a narrow but steady stream of water. The maintenance tech came up on Friday and found she didn't have the parts needed to fix it and it apparently wasn't too high on the priority list to source them locally. I was told it would wait until Monday when she returned. Again, I checked out on Saturday with no resolution. Overall, the kitchen is tired as is several non-room aspects of the property. The veneer on the particle board cabinetry is delaminating and some of the doors don't even hang straight anymore. The fridge doors look like someone took a hammer to them. Some of the stair treads have come loose and are most definitely a trip-and-fall hazard. The whole thing's seen better days. Oh, and I can't forget the daily smell of someone smoking **** on my floor - IN A NON-SMOKING BUILDING! I was required to stay another week and so I moved to a different ESA location across town; I should have stayed at this one, even with its issues. I don't know if the problem is endemic to Memphis or system-wide, but I'm not impressed. Needless to say, I won't be staying with ESA anytime soon.

|17.35km from city centerDo NOT book here if you consider your health important! The basic: Booked based on pictures and a 4.8 rating that some kind of associated booking with Trivago. Non refundable and didn’t pay attention. That was definitely super stupid of me to not check all other reviews. This doesn’t even deserve one star. OYO, I see all your responses to reviews like this. You’re being lied to by whatever owner or franchise owner runs this place, or you’re liars, one of the two. You’ve responded that this doesn’t represent your standards. Every day this place is open it’s ruining whatever standards or reputation you DO have. Based on this experience I will never set foot in another OYO again. The details: Booked today, 9/18/23, for check in tonight. Received room 210. Let me tell you how this went. Upon arriving realized it was nothing CLOSE to photos. Lobby is slightly upkept to give a better impression. But if you look close you can actually see the coffee table isn’t clean at all when the light hits it. You turn the hallway to go find your room and you are met with dark, dank, disgustingly filthy hallway and the reeking smell of ********* despite all the signs around the front saying you’ll lose your stay if you smoke there. Trying to keep hope perhaps the rooms are in better shape, get on the elevator and suddenly wonder if it’s ever been inspected and KNOW it’s not been mopped in a month of Sundays. Get to the room and it’s disgusting. Plus no fridge. Switch rooms for room 408. The smell gets worse on that floor. Also disgusting hallway. Get to this second room to discover the same exact filth except worse if possible, because there’s recognizable body fluids on the spread. Pull back the sheets to see the slept in kind of wrinkles and different color pieces of fiber from clothes etc. Like the first room, the walls are not just stained. No, that would represent something HAD been there and been cleaned. Instead, the walls are covered in unknown substances you can see have dropped down or been smeared. You can even make out some handprints. The drywall/plaster is chipped all over. The floor is dull and uncleaned like everywhere else. You can’t even touch a light switch without feeling like you need sanitizer. There’s ***** hair on the toilet. Bugs in the cracks of the top of the wall. The curtains are dry rotted on the back. The lamp has something spilled all over it. I can’t even describe the putrid smoke/marijuana smell. Immediately leave and just eat the cost of a 3 night stay. Oh yeah, and the fire extinguisher case on floor 4 is busted with open glass. That’s super safe and I’m sure up to fire marshall code. And the exit is padlocked and busted off the hinges. Top notch care about the safety of the guests. You may see some numbers and think it’s alright OYO, but I guarantee you have some long term stayers here who are most of your actual income. What’s pathetic is because of the general location and <20 minute drive to most things, I wo

|18.03km from city centerWe stayed at a fantastic Hampton Inn in Nashville on our first night of a mini vacation to Nashville and Memphis. Was so very much looking forward to the next 2 nights in Memphis. This hotel was a complete let down. It was very dated. Couldn’t watch tv the whole time we were here. It kept stopping and becoming distorted. The sounds would come and go. Very annoying! The tub was slick and I almost slid up before I could reach the grab bar. I brought several snacks to warm in the microwave. Surprise there was not one in the room. A fridge but no microwave. The ice machine was missing off the 2nd floor. Had to go to the first floor to get ice. The whole building had an old musky smell. Even the lamps were rusty! Nothing modern about this place. Looks and feels like the 1980s. My son and his fiancé stayed in the room across the hall. He has the same problems! I only gave it 2 stars because the bed was comfortable. Can’t believe we paid approximately $150 per night for this joint!! Very disappointed with lots of regrets! Sharon

When I first arrived I was greeted by the hotel worker named Chris and it was one more I can’t remember his name. The hotel manager and her staff were great and professional. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone.

|14.17km from city centerThe outside is not all appealing but when you get inside tour room, it's nice. The staff is not all that except for the one black lady, she made us feel welcomed, she joked and spoke every time she saw us, the other staff members, they just looked at us and didn't part their moth. Lol It served its purpose for us when we went. We went for a lakers and grizzlies game. It's like 15 to 20 mins away from FedEx Forum. I would rebook here again.

|20.73km from city centerThis location was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my 39+years or staying hotels (the staff was friendly). First room wouldn't lock the door, next room smelled freshly cleaned but was beyond bad. Doors falling off cabinets, carpet just soo bad. Smoke detector hanging by its wires. A bed that was 5 years past its life expectancy, all of the furniture belongs in a bonfire. The TV was the only thing in the room that was decent, however it would not turn off. Remote did everything but turn it off. The TV was on when I entered the room. Bugs, oh boy there were bugs. Didn’t notice them until I flipped the light on in the bathroom early in the morning. Yikes. The 6:15 am fire alarm was a surprise. What I’m most surprised by is the company lets this happen and I’m shocked it’s still in the franchise... Do yourself a favor, find another location, anyplace but this place. It is soo rundown and in need of a serious refresh. Lastly, breakfast?? Coffee, Tea, bags of oatmeal that you add the coffee tasting water to or granola bars. Nothing more, nothing. My hot tea was more coffee tasting than I’ve ever had. I would have left but I was dropped off and didn’t have a ride.

|0.94km from city centerWe got to the hotel super early just expecting to check our luggage and return later for actual check in but to our pleasant surprise the room was ready. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative during our whole time at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great it's a short distance to downtown and Beale Street which was why we booked . AutoZone baseball stadium is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to so we figured why not check out a game and sure glad we did it was a blast and very affordable. We had a few dips in the pool which came in handy after a few hot afternoons exploring the city. It was our first time to Memphis but 100% not our last . The live music, food and friendly people we met makes Memphis a definite city we want to return to again.

|25.49km from city centerI stayed here earlier in the month with friends. Two things dragged down my review for this hotel. First while at the hotel, they were out of a few condiments at breakfast and the attendant was out of that area socializing with other hotel staff, leaving it in need of resupplying. The other was after my stay. As a HH member, I was eligible for a points bonus which was running this fall. For some reason, the hotel gave me the bonus points for my stay, but NO points for the actual money spent at the hotel. I will have to call them or HH to get the points for the rate that I spent while there. Annoying!

|17.13km from city centerI had an amazing experience with receiving stellar customer service from Frederick. This young man help me navigate through a mix up with the company and he never lost his patience while we were going back-and-forth to get to where the error had occurred. I know to some, it may appear that he was just doing his job. But compared to many horrible customer service experiences I can honestly that Fredrick operates in a spirit of excellence and I benefited from that.

|0.63km from city centerThe room is gorgeous. Bed is so comfortable (although a little high for me t 5ft 2). Slept well great bathroom. Lacked in towels. Loads of hand towels, but when asked a staff member for some towels she said she could only find 1 large towel. No daily service to yr room, unless you request it. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast not worth 15 dollars. Little choice, cold and over cooked . Plastic spoons? Overall a shame, the rooms are gorgeous, but he lack of staff interaction and attention to services is inadequate. I wouldn’t stay here again

|0.25km from city centerWas here for a conference at the adjoining conference center. Don't let the close proximity to the Renasant tempt you to stay. Half of the people I traveled with had broken air conditioning in their rooms, some having it break in the middle of the night. I had to switch rooms as the first was 85 degrees and had ants crawling on the AC unit. The bathroom makeup mirror was broken and so were the racks holding the shampoo and conditioner. The second room was a little better but was still very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth left in the sink for the first two days. The duvet and carpet had dirt on it and part of the floor was sticky. The hallways are stuffy, humid, and musty, the elevators seemed like they are falling apart, and the skybridge to the conference center smelled like mold. As others have mentioned, the restaurant in the lobby is extremely expensive for what you get so don't bother. The hotel is also on the edge of downtown and we didn't feel very comfortable walking to places. The place really needs a refresh.

|17.5km from city centerThe staff were very nice but in our first room, which smelled like car air freshener, a large area of the carpet near the AC was soaking wet; there was no phone or fridge; and, the clock, which did not seem to have any way to change the time, had the wrong time. We were allowed to switch to another room but it had water under the desk lamp—again no fridge or phone, and an unsettable clock with the wrong time. Also, the coffeemaker made the coffee taste like mold, even though I had rinsed it first. We were allowed to upgrade to a room with just one bed that still smelled like air freshener but had a fridge and a phone. However, as we rested and unpacked, a very large cockroach joined us. They tried to help us get it out but it got away. We were supposed to stay a week, but checked out. As we were leaving, I saw that the cockroach had moved to the bathroom.

|15.62km from city centerThe hotel is on the popular road, diagonally opposite is McDonald's. It is not far from Macy's and other shopping malls. The hotel is very easy to find. The front desk is very enthusiastic. There was no way to add another room, but the front desk was very good. I said that I didn't book the room because of the unclear writing, so I gave the first room for the first night free of charge. The rooms with two beds and a king size bed are very high, comfortable and spacious. The hotel breakfast is American breakfast, except for the oatmeal, it is cold, but it is also very good, and the overall feeling is still good. New to Memphis recommended!
