|1.65km from city centerFront desk staff didn't seem to know how their systems work and when we checked in they charged us double. When we asked them to correct this they said they did but they just confirmed the higher cost and couldn't explain why. We had to print out our reservation confirmation with the price for each day and present it to the general manager, he made the corrections. Housekeeping needs work, left our floors dirtier than when they came in and failed to refresh our water glasses even when we requested it. There where homeless people in the breakfast area loading up cups and plates while there was a long line of guests waiting to get breakfast, we decided to pass on breakfast. I think they should give any left over food to the homeless but not let them freely wonder through during guest serving times.

|9.84km from city centerI've never stayed in a Candlewood Suites before, but I came to visit family who live nearby. This hotel was the closest to my family, and we didn't want to stay in a tourist area. This area seems safe enough. The location was fine for us since we were driving. It's a convenient location if you have a car. We appreciated the free parking, which is rare in Nashville. We had a quiet stay. We used both the heating and cooling. Both worked well, and the fan provided a nice amount of white noise that helped lessen any outside noise. The room was large, and it had a great closet. We didn't really need a kitchen, but this was a nice one if you are looking for that. The room could have been cleaner. The tub, sink, toilet, and kitchen were clean enough. I'm not sure about the floor. I think the shower curtain was clean, but it was ragged on one side. The walls need to be cleaned. I was surprised that this hotel is not that old. Our room looked like some guests had been rough on it - maybe pets? We didn't have any problems during our stay. I don't know that this is definitely the place we're going to stay whenever we visit Nashville, but it would be okay.

|10.07km from city centerWe spent one night in late May and stayed in room 124, which is facing to the back; we got there early and it was nice to check about an hour and a half early. The room was nice (a bit on the small side), very clean and practical; the bathroom VERY small; we had hardly any room to leave anything by the sink. The water pressure in the sink was great, the toilet flush extremely loud, so was the AC. We had a good amount of outlets, Wi-Fi was good, the lobby was very nice and the parking lot well lit, yet on the small side. We heard constant slamming of the doors... Except for the young man working the morning of our departure, everyone was very nice. Breakfast was not well tended to; I had to go to the front desk to ask to have plates restocked; the eggs had run out...another trip to the front desk; there was only powdered coffee creamer (which is not a personal preference), but there were waffles and sausage patties. The pool was not open yet, as they were still working on getting the outside ready. Location is great; within walking distance to restaurants and The Grand Ole Opry Hotel. Yes, we would stay again.

The rooms are plenty spacious for 3 ladies to share, the breakfast buffet was a step above the normal fare and the pool and gym area are lovely and weren't crowded even though the property was sold out. The newer gym equipment even enticed me to work out while on a girls' trip to Nashville That said, some of the front desk staff should probably move on as they seem to be irritated by guest interactions. However, when some of my difficulties were brought up to management they worked to make things right, even making sure I had good contact information for them in the event any further difficulties occurred. I'm happy to say all ran smoothly after the first 18 hours. I don't want a few bad apples to ruin my otherwise good experience at this property. I will likely stay here again as I still think this is the best property in Nashville for its location, offerings and price point.

The hotel offers shuttle to and from the airport with a schedule. We left super early so couldn't try the breakfast, but it was nice to know that was available I want to mention the great costumer service we receive from the front desk Marshanta, sorry if I misspelled her name, was so nice, attentive, great! This kind of people made a business great, makes you want to come back.

|2.92km from city centerA wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.

|9.57km from city centerThe check in process was standard. The clerk was pleasant. There is a working elevator to the second and third floors, this is a plus since we were on the second floor. The room was really dated, old carpet with many stains, old appliances (the fridge had rust and stains) old sink and tub with missing parts, but in working order. The room had a very strong smell of smoke even though the room was supposed to be a smoke free room. We contacted the front desk and they stated it was due to the AC pulling in outdoor air, not so sure I believe that one, no concession was offered. I would not stay here again without an update to the rooms.

Free Breakfast, Shuttle services, mini fridge in the room. Pool was nice and we enjoyed our time out there..... After staying there for 4 nights we moved on to another hotel and wished we could have come back to Hyatt Place Nashville Opryland. Matter of fact we ended up driving back to that area several times...called it our old stomping grounds! Close to Opryland.

It was great.. He offered us 2 pass to Centennial Park. Very professional and very respectful.. The rooms🥰🥰Dove everything from hand wash to body wash and shampoo.. The park view I love.. I asked for that and received.. The beds are comfortable and the room was excellent.. Thank you Dougie and Holiday Inn for the second stay and the luxury.

|8.95km from city centerRecently on our stay at the new Hyatt House I met Kaylee at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful. I had an outside meeting and didn’t have an umbrella, when there wasn’t any at the front desk she offered to loan hers for a few hours in which I was shocked at her offering. I was able to stay dry and returned her umbrella a few hours later. Secondly upon arriving home I realized I could y find my business journal. We looked high and low and called the hotel to check. When we spoke with someone else they said it was found and nothing was turned in. We thought it was lost but thought to call one more time hoping to Get kaylee because she was so helpful. We told her it Might be in the drawer near the bed as our 6 year old daughter confessed to storing it in their for her dad. A few hours later Kaylee called to tell us SHE FOUND IT! Yes, yes! Thank you Kaylee we are great full you took the extra time t search high and low. Hyatt should be proud to have her!

My wife and I were traveling back home to Pennsylvania from Louisiana and wanted to make an overnight stay in Tennessee. I find myself to be a hotel ”snob” and this hotel exceeded our expectations! We were treated with kindness from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out. We would definitely stay here again, if we have the chance to do so.

Not a place you’d want to hang out around the room and go for a walk. It was just not what I was expecting from the pictures when I booked. Our room smelled a bit musty and it was bit outdated. Bring your own pillows! There were just a couple of really flat pillows provided.

Front desk staff has been great with recommendations, but unfortunately 615 Pizza and Pasta never delivered our food and still charged us. I’m still currently trying to fight with them to get that refunded, this is day 4. Our shuttle driver was extremely friendly and gave us some great first timer advice. I was initially irritated with the Valet requirement, but the process has been very seamless. The guys are great, unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Walan went the extra mile, we greatly appreciate that, especially after he was being confronted about an issue he seemed to have no control over. The second he was done, he immediately approached us and was just as friendly as if nothing had happened. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again!

Tiana was very helpful on not only helping me find a room, but was very friendly and polite throughout the entire process. The room was perfect, could not ask for anything more. I arrived late, was welcomed and made to feel at home, as well as given fantastic restaraunt recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay here again when I am in town next, thanks to the A+ service!

We asked about staying on a higher floor because we are 3 young women traveling alone and don’t feel safe on the first floor, and she said because of the type of room we booked they only have that on the first floor. We took our keys and went to the room, and the door was left open to the room, and it was a studio, not the suite that I prepayed for. When we went to tell the woman at the front desk she said it’s okay, we can just go in because the housekeeper probably just left the door open. After explaining that it’s not what I booked, we don’t feel safe, and it smells like feet, she made a face and reluctantly gave us keys to the suite I reserved on a higher floor. Fridge doesn’t have freezer tray for ice Fridge is missing a shelf Curtain is broken Beds are so old and sunken in There is a greasy handprint on the headboard. Room still smells like feet

Though, we do come several times a year, October is always a must as the weather is great. We love the location of The Bobby hotel. It’s near Broadway, without the craziness. It’s classy and gorgeous. Plus, Rachel was the absolute best bartender. We enjoyed our stay and the incredible aesthetics of the hotel. Such a fab trip!

The only complaint I had for the first time was the bathroom fan was very loud, which is on all the time (no way to turn off fan in bathroom). The second time (after visiting East Tennessee), was a bit better. The bathroom fan still constantly on, but not as loud. First time we were on 3rd floor, 2nd time on the 4th. The area is very busy as an FYI. Also can be a bit tricky to get out of the area, not to bad getting in. Beds were comfy enough (at least more comfy than the BW we stayed at in Pigeon Forge). Pillows were soft too. Staff is friendly and breakfast area is clean. The woman attending the cafe was helpful and cleaned and stocked everything. She was in top of it all, she was great. We only had issues with keys once but was fixed right away. Traffic around the hotel is busy, but otherwise it was a good stay.

At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.
Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member who has visited many Residence Inn hotels over the years, I can honestly say that this was my absolute location by far. Zendy checked me in with true southern hospitality. She assisted me with a smile and genuine kindness and even made me laugh. In fact, we laughed each time we saw each other. Zayda, also at the front desk, was an absolutely sweetheart. She always welcomed with me with a huge smile and assisted me high maintenance requests with nothing less than professionalism and the quality customer service. I can honestly say that Zendy and Zayda made me feel like family! Next is Wendy, who puts out a truly tremendous breakfast each morning. One morning, I asked in passing if she had turkey sausage. She apologized that there was none that day, but promised to make me some the next day. Not only did she remember, but approached me with a hot plate of turkey sausage. What an incredible level of service! The gentleman working with her was also kind and friendly and talked to us every morning. I even got to meet GM, Nathan, who was very gracious in speaking with me. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Beautifully maintained location. I will definitely make this my go-to Marriott when In Nashville. Thank you all!

The breakfast at the hotel was free, and the breakfast at the standard small hotel was quite good. It was too early to arrive, could not stay, ate a breakfast, and left the luggage to go out. The hotel is quite a lot of people living, and it feels more popular than the general airport hotel. Not far from the city center, how much money was forgotten by taxi. Overall it is quite good. The city is a city of country music, many related museums can be seen, there are theaters, and the lively city can not do it - all bars or music, the street has a special car on the parade, the car is lively Young people are singing and jumping, or percussion instruments.

|1.92km from city centerMy daughter and I stayed at the Hilton for a Mother/Daughter trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend. It is a great hotel in a wonderful location. It is just a short drive to Broadway and the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles, which is a HUGE bonus. This amenity saves parking fees and headaches. Tony, one of the many amazing shuttle drivers was our favorite. He was great! The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Kierra and Alanta helped us with recommendations and getting the shuttle scheduled when we needed it. Al, one of the managers was incredibly hospitable the day the elevator was being repaired and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The breakfast was great, however, the service was a bit lacking there. Joseph was our waiter the first day and went out of his way to ensure we had excellent service, however, the other 3 mornings the service was non-existent and slow, but we managed anyway. It is still a great value. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was also friendly. The valet desk was more than helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again on our next visit. Great job!!! Keep up the great service!
