The hotel is good, nothing excellent, I expected more for the price paid, the surrounding area is a very commercial area, and there are a lot of beggars, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean, friendly service, super good breakfast. The hotel has a very good leisure area with 2 restaurants, 1 bar, 1 gym and 1 spa. I would say that inside it is a paradise and outside it is an old building.

The Hotel is not according to the price. Except location nothing is good. Deluxe room are very ordinary, rooms size is very small, bathroom shower get and shampoo they were not providing pouches. More importantly resurant room service charge is too high. 1 liter water bottle price is Rs 150. Just like Airport. So I will not recommend it . Manmohan is excellent.

Overall, I found this hotel disappointing. On arrival, the gentle*** at the reception desk ignored me for a good minute or so as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. This was entirely at odds with every other hotel we stayed in during our India Golden Triangle trip. Arriving at 2.30 in the afternoon, we popped into the bar cum restaurant, which lacked any warmth or welcome, ordered a beer, only to find it was closing at 3.00 for 4 hours, so nowhere to relax here if you have a busy day around Delhi. The restaurant gets busy in the evening at can be very noisy, as can external noise from adjacent properties. The rooms were good with large walk-in showers. The location is excellent for both walking out and as a base for exploring Old Delhi during the day. Would I recommend this hotel? Not if I could find one around Connaught Place with somewhere to relax after being out all day.

As a foreigner one has to be careful how to review Indian hotels because locals can accept conditions much more readily than we can who are used to European standards. This was my first hotel in a 3 week stay, all of which were booked by my Indian agent who generally made a terrible hash of my accomodation. The hotel is in a great location with lots of eating places and Hardiram is literally around the corner. My first surprise was that there was no lift but the staff carried my cases up to my floor. My room was ok. They supplied two large complimentary bottles of water, a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Wifi was difficult at the beginning but they fixed it and after that it was fine. They supplied toiletries in the bathroom which is always useful. The breakfast was Indian buffet style which was fine and the great thing is that they also supplied muesli and eggs if requested. I was here for three nights and my first response was that it was a bit downmarket but after comparison with subsequent hotels I revised my opinion and thought it was ok. It has all the essentials and it’s in a good location and lacking nothing major. I just felt it was a bit dark and a good coat of white paint to freshen it up would be very beneficial. I don’t know what the cost was because I paid for an overall package for three weeks but it was fine if you weren’t expecting western standards. I would recommend it for a budget hotel

Rams Inn is definitely a home away from home. The property is in a narrow lane very near to Connaught Place(CP). The location is bang on for a tourist. It has all the restaurants, shopping centers, 2 metro stations, 1 bus station(Shivaji Stadium) a stone throw away. The place is so calm and quiet with a small garden. It's actually a heritage building converted to an inn. So rooms are quaint and fittings are old but functional. Decent for a family stay. We took deluxe rooms that came with garden views and balcony. There is no lift but that wasn't a problem for us. It has a small in-house kitchen that helps in case of kid's needs. Food cooked was really good. I have to thank the room service guys and Heera specially for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Delhi as you are right on CP. We loved our stay and definitely come back to Rams Inn if in case we visit Delhi again.

This is a very nice hotel. From outside it looks ordinary - inside is a transformation. But there are stairs to navigate. 24 hour concierge and very helpful The staff were very polite and efficient. The room was large, clean and quiet. The air conditioner was excellent. Breakfast is delivered to your room. This was a good choice. Beware of touts outside - they use very sneaky tactics and it won't end well for you.

One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

I had heard poor review of Delhi igia Centaur. But due to my good experience at Kolkata and Mumbai with Centaur i chose Delhi Cetaur for my overnight stay. Check in fast, very polite and warm, specially by Mr. Sunil, duty Manager. Rooms are clean hotel is well maintained. I would strongly reccomend. Good value for money. Better than most Aerocity's popular hotels.

I recently stayed in hotel festival during my 11 hours transit in delhi. The support from staff and service were excellent. The room was also decent and well cleaned before check in. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, i would say the hotel is good. We were on a vacation trip to India for 3 weeks. The day we arrived, AI cancelled all the flights to our destination city. So our taxi driver took us to Vishal residency. I must say, the service was excellent. They stored our luggage for 10 days until we finished our local travel and we picked up our bags after 10 days and moved onto our next destination. I arranged my son's first birthday party at JRD Exotica, must say I was blown away by the overall experience. Decor was superb, every single corner presented the theme we decided. The most impressive part was food - every item prepared was superbly tasty and authentic, and I found my guests praising while eating. Mr. Pranab Sarkar & his staffs were extremely supportive and helped us from ideation till the last minute of party, at their best. If I quote few of my guests' expressions, ”there coudn't have been a better place and way to celebrate the special day of my little son.” I will surely fall back upon this place and the staffs to arrange similar occasions in future.

All in all, a great experience! the room was small but perfect for a solo traveler. Most importantly, cleanliness was maintained and i hope the management continues to maintain it. Three choices for breakfast which is served at the dining space near the reception (all good. Location is great as well (as in good connectivity, just about a 2 minute walk from munirka metro station. There's a geyser in every room, so no problems for hot water. Wifi works well with routers on each floor.

The location is outstanding at the entrance of the main bazaar in front of New Delhi station. The nearby tourist spots are also close. It's not a resort only for those who want to taste the main bazaar, the old town. Cost performance such as indoor, breakfast is good. The staff was also pleasant, especially the front door guard man was a kind person. One thing is that the exchange rate at the front desk is good and exchange. The next day, the nearby exchange was much better. It was a pity.
