|0.42km from city centerWe stayed here over the July 4th weekend. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to most downtown Greenville attractions. It is also co-located with a Residence Inn and was very busy, though the bustle generally didn't affect the service. When we arrived (after the scheduled check-in time of 4pm) our room wasn't ready, but the front desk (a Mr. Randolph) handled the delay professionally and refunded our parking due to the inconvenience. Once we checked in, the room was huge and very well appointed. The only downside to the stay involved the evening valet parking attendant who took 20-30 minutes to get our car despite there only being 2-3 retrieving cars and no guests checking in at the time. (In contrast the morning valet attendant was very quick, less than 5 minutes both times.) Although we didn't say anything, we heard from other guests that they had complained to the hotel management about the valet, and evidently the criticism had come back to him since he was surly when he brought our car and even surlier when we returned it late that evening. Apparently, he also decided to exact some petty revenge (or was absurdly careless) against us (and maybe against other guests who had complained) because the next morning, our bottle of hand sanitizer had mysteriously spilled all over the door console despite having the cap screwed on tightly the night before. Because the valet attendants are contractors rather than employees, there is little the hotel can do about them, but future guests should be forewarned. Otherwise, the hotel itself is great, and we will make this our go-to hotel for future trips to Greenville.

|12.43km from city centerHad the pleasure of staying at the hotel early May. From the beginning being picked up at the Airport by Monty could tell this was a very nice place He is so friendly and full of information with a smile that goes on forever. ! We were checked in by Marion Brayboy who was available to us for our many questions during the day- always smiling and tolerant 😀. This is a nice older hotel that has conference rooms available. It also has a restaurant where the food was delicious. Marie made the dinner even better. So pleasant and accommodating to our every whim. Also there is a bar attached that has televisions so you don’t have to miss a game. Louis was also great to work with. The beds were very comfortable and for the first time in a long time the hotel pillows were great. If you’re ever headed that way, this is the place to stay.

|1.73km from city centerThe location of the hotel is great. The parking is nice. The building is great. The worst issue it the excessive amount of dogs. I can appreciate pets and dogs, but as someone with allergies, I am sick every time I stay at a Hilton Brand hotel. There are dogs in the lobby, lots of them. There are dogs at breakfast and in the eating areas. I was told by staff that dogs, large, small, fat, tall can be in any and every room. As a Hilton member for 20 years, I am to the point of not being able to stay at Hilton Brand hotels. The dog issue would be better if some rooms were dog-only rooms and some floors were pet-only floors. As someone with severe allergies, we should not have to stay in a room where large dogs had stayed. I am sick for a week after staying at a Hilton brand hotel. Second issue, was the rotating staff at breakfast. Every other day, the staff was nice. The opposite days, watch out. One day they ran out of milk and the lady bit the head off the man who asked to please get some more. Another man asked for coffee and she did the same to him. He slunk off and said...”I guess I will just have decaf...” Final issue, there seemed to be a large number of people staying at this location who were under some sort of state or federal subsidized program that were there staying there while having work done on their homes. While that is all well and good, these individuals tended to hoard large amounts of food at any time food was offered... one lady took five bananas, another had multiple bowls of items covered with napkins to take away... day after day after day. If you are interested in a fresh banana, you had to go into full assault mode to be able to get it before she took a handful... while we are all in this together, it is challenging when most guests are paying full price for a nice hotel stay...

|12.16km from city centerThe holes has lots of outside work going on. Inside was clean and room was nice. The disappointment was BREAKFAST is NOT INCLUDED. We stay at many Courtyards and most if not all include breakfast. Even there website says breakfast is included. Well, we will not be staying here again.

|0.87km from city centerThe hotel is clean and hygienic. The water supply was stopped from 10pm on the night we checked in to 12am the next morning. Fortunately, the hotel front desk had notified us in advance. Otherwise, we would have no water to use when we got up at 3 a.m. to catch a flight the next morning.

|7.28km from city centerPerfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

|7.18km from city centerI originally booked a nearby budget hotel/motel that turned out to be a complete disaster. For only a few more dollars per night, I moved to the Best Western Plus Greenville, but it felt like I had discovered the Ritz-Carlton Greenville! I don't know when this hotel was built, but it certainly looked almost brand new. It was clean and beautifully decorated. And the walk-in shower -- well, I could've spent a couple of hours in there! Staying here redeemed the rest of my vacation in Greenville! Thanks!

|11.98km from city centerWhen it’s “Econo” you can’t really expect nice. Towels were tiny, shampoo was terrible, no conditioner, soap was good, water was hot, bed was comfortable and the room was clean, pillows were not good, no breakfast. The aircon was on high when I arrived and the room was freezing but I turned on the heat snd it became comfortable. I asked for late checkout and they gave me an hour but when I put up a do not disturb sign the cleaners knocked anyway. For the price it was acceptable, not exceptional.

|7.06km from city centerThe hotel is located in the golf course area and is also close to the high-speed exit, about 2 km. The hotel is atmospheric and has a good free buffet. I booked a suite. There is a large living room outside, with a dining table, sofa, bathroom between the living room and the bedroom, and a simple kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, pool). The hotel is clean and free parking, highly recommended.

|8.63km from city centerI checked in for what was supposed to be a 5 night stay. The morning after the first night I reported to the gentleman at the front desk that my AC was making a very loud and annoying rattle noise; I was unable to sleep due to it. The gentleman at the desk assured me that it would be reported; he wrote the room number down and I went on my way. Upon returning that evening I discovered that the room had not been cleaned (although a leaflet that I was given upon check in stated that the rooms are cleaned daily and it was also on the electronic announcements board in the front desk and lobby) then I heard the AC kick in and the rattle was still there; so nobody had come into the room to clean or to repair the AC. I called the front desk and a lady told me that the rooms did not get cleaned daily but that it was inspected by house keeping and if it needed to be cleaned they would clean it(That was contrary to what was advertised and my personal experience at other HI hotels) After another sleepless night; I decided to check out that morning. I went to another hotel. I sent two emails one to the email address on the business card for the GM for the location and one to the email provided by the website and I never heard anything in regards to my concerns.

|7.62km from city centerBefore I go into details I do want to say that the person at the front desk was kind enough to comp our stay due to the inconvenience. When arriving there are signs saying “their remodeling” despite this the hotel looks well kept when you first get there, however, the hallways smell old and musty and a faint cigarette smell. The room was not properly cleaned, the towels were stained and the room didn’t look like the pictures at all. The shower was stained yellow and a dingy red on the corners, plus there was hair in the shower. The blinds didn’t completely black out the light coming into the room which didn’t allow us to get a good rest. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again but grateful for the person at the front desk who was understanding and did refund us.

|5.15km from city centerThe snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside.

|0.32km from city centerThe people here are rude. The lady at the desk when we checked in told us breakfast ended at 10 am on weekdays, yet when we came down the next morning at 9 am they had already had the entire breakfast section cleaned up and gave my husband and I nasty looks and eye rolls when we mentioned we thought it was open later. The rooms were nice, there were some questionable things on a wall and door here and there that housekeeping missed, I just hope they remembered to change the sheets before we laid down. The location was beautiful. We drove down to Falls Park on the Reedy River before we realized we could have just walked! We took the car back afterwards and just walked to dinner, which was not the greatest but that's another review. The parking is mostly valet, unless you can find yourself a close enough spot somewhere else. We took the valet, and it seemed as though the price of the valet was already included in the price I paid to Trip.com! The gentlemen we so sweet, the only problem was one of them seemed to be sweating a LOT. We were afraid the car was going to smell from his sweat soaking into our seats! LOL. The lady at the desk when we checked out was the worst, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked about the second charge on my bank account. She told me that it was an authorization charge, but guess what honey? It went through and I have been double charged for this room. I'm going to tell you right now it does not deserve that much money. A week after my trip, when the charge finally went completely through, I called the hotel and explained my situation and asked for a refund. She told me there must have been something wrong with the website I paid to and refused to look any further into it for me. So I called Trip.com and spoke to Yolanda. She heard what I was saying, told me she was going to call the hotel and get it straightened out, and when she came back she had the name of the person she spoke to at the hotel (Maria), told me Maria sees now how it was a mistake to charge me and is promising a full refund within a few days. Yolanda went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund. She could have just told me to call the hotel again and explain it better, but she took it into her own hands and got me what I wanted. The people at this hotel are awful, but the location is convenient and beautiful. If you are willing to deal with stupid people for the length of your stay, just keep in mind you might be like me and have to deal with them even a week after.

|0.83km from city centerThe hotel is in a great location. rooms are nice size and clean.staff is very nice and helpful. A few issues to consider are: limited food options in the hotel. a bunch of restaurants near the hotel so just need to be willing to walk. The biggest issue we had was the restaurant next door that is affiliated with the hotel started pumping club music with a heavy base at 530am. Not the wake up call we were looking for. Front desk said it has happened before and that hotel manager will need to call restaurant manager.Needless to say it was still cranking at 7am.So every room facing the courtyard was awakened at 530am. So don t get a room overlooking the courtyard if you want to sleep past 6am.

|7.73km from city centerThis hotel is really nice. There's a huge restaurant called Twin Peaks maybe 100 feet from this hotel so you don't have to go far for food. The front desk was nice. I had to wait for my room to be ready but that wasn't so bad. I booked a king bed room. The room was very spacious. It was very clean and had great lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the room just in case you forget yours. There's a nice sized TV in the room and decent channels. There's comfortable seating in the room as well. It was extremely quiet and I loved that.. Overall I like my stay.

|1.05km from city centerWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

|5.26km from city centerThe room was very satisfied, the breakfast was satisfactory, but the service was not satisfied. I made a mistake in my order several times. I paid online. After arriving at the store, I should have to pay a deposit, but the front desk asked me to pay the room fee. I said that I had already paid online. When they said that they had to pay so much, Later, I paid, and finally gave me a repeat deduction, complained to their manager where, and then returned it to me, the key is to wait a long time to deal with it.

|1.05km from city centerPulled into the hotel about 6:00 PM. They have valet parking but just next to the hotel's front door is a entrance to the city lot, it is actually under the hotel and is only $7.00 per day. We are Hilton Honor members and booked on their site so check in was a one minute process. Our room was large and clean. Furnishings were up to date and not worn. Bathroom was the same, very clean with good water pressure in the shower. Our room faced the front overlooking the carillon, a tower of bells that play a different melody every hour from 9:00Am to 9:00 PM. Breakfast was complimentary. Waffles, eggs bacon, cereals...standard fare. It was good, and the staff kept everything stocked and clean. Speaking of the staff, everyone we encountered was very nice and accommodating. Really there is nothing negative to report on this property. To top it off it's location was perfect! Just outside the front entrance there were steps next to a waterfall, leading you down to the river walk. And it was a block away from main street and all it's shops and restaurants. And it's price was better than many of the other hotels in the same area. Definitely would stay again!!

|0.58km from city centerI was pleasantly surprised, especially after having read not so positive previous reviews. We had an end room-which was enormous and clean! Perfect space for two large dogs. We visited the dog run, small, but effective. The bar and common area were welcoming and fun! Unfortunately the lack of basic customer service was severely lacking, especially at check in. The young ladies seemed annoyed that we had dogs, despite this being a dog friendly hotel with rave reviews about all the things they provide for your pets. I asked for dogs beds, they never came. We asked for the doggy welcome bag-they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I will say the bartender was attentive and as well as a gentlemen we encountered in the hall. It was a short stay, and we enjoyed it for the time we had. The location is great with restaurants very close by.

|7.05km from city centerI stayed here for four days. The first room I got had two full beds and had an AC unit that was very worn and barely worked. I request a move to a king bed for my last two days and it was a cleaner room with good AC. They also gave me a courtesy by charging me the same rate on the king room as the two fulls. The front desk is friendly. Overall, the place is clean and quiet at night and a few people were walking their dogs around the property. It's close to the interstate but you can barely hear any traffic noise. The hotel itself is tucked back into the woods. I wish the WiFi was a little faster but it got the job done. There is a QuikTrip nearby for all your snacking needs.

|5.14km from city centerThe perfect location. Right across from the mall & next to restaurants & shopping. Lobby was clean. Upon check in, the young lady at the front desk was friendly. Went to our room, it smelled clean but wasn't. The bathroom door had blood smeared on it & was nasty. The sheets & comforter was disgusting. I called the front desk & was told housekeeping was gone for the day & that I had to change the sheets myself. I cleaned the room and took the nasty sheets to the front desk. Early morning, You can hear small kids running up & down the hall way. My reservation included check out at noon. By 11am and young man banged on the door a few times. I finally answered & was met by a rude young man demanding that I leave. I told him that my check out was 12pm. He said ”no its not. you better call down stairs.” Breakfast was delicious. I may consider staying again but will be prepared to bring my own sheets.
