The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). However, it is reasonable compared to the local market, so I think it is ideal for travelers who are price-conscious but don't want to get a bad experience. However, there are no curtains or partitions on the beds, and you can't even hang your towel on the top bunk. The beds are pipe beds, so even if you turn over a little, the vibrations will be transmitted to the person below (and vice versa), so I think you need talent and experience to get a good night's sleep. The mattress is firm and the size is acceptable. I am 185 cm tall, but I was able to stretch my legs out and sleep. Newer and more comfortable-looking dormitories in New York are much more expensive than this one, so I am grateful that they offered an option at this price (10,000 yen per night in Japanese yen) with acceptable simplicity. The front desk staff are all Indians, and their attitude is not good. The light is broken, but the maintenance staff is very enthusiastic. The hygiene is OK, and it is newly renovated.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and willing to help, and the location is great - right opposite the subway with shops around to pick up whatever you need, and yet relatively quiet so you can rest. The only downside was the room maintenance. The house keeping services was unavailable throughout my stay. I was readily given supplies on demand though.

It's a little far from the city center, but it's close to the subway station and very well-equipped. It's also affordable for a New York hotel, clean, and it was nice that breakfast was included. There's a supermarket within walking distance, so it's convenient for shopping. If I come to New York alone, I'll definitely come back.
