The facility was just right for what we needed. It was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was blighted due to the closure of Harahs and other business establishments. There were some undesirables hanging around the hotel but tolerable. Good Vietnamese and Thai restaurant nearby. Inside the hotel, I felt safe. The front desk folks were very courteous but did not have a lot of knowledge as to where to go or where to eat. Overall, I would rate my stay a 7 or 8 out of 10.

We found the hotel to be very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and a spacious room featuring a lounge chair and long desktop surface. The staff was courteous and responded to our request for a microwave in the room. It is apparently one of a few hotels that doesn't have a ****** and we appreciated that. Our conference group utilized the very large rooms for talks and dinner. The only thing I found odd was that you couldn't access the stairs to go to your rooms (stairs are for emergency only) so the elevators were very crowded when our large group ended events.

Spacious, quiet room although some of the furniture was showing a bit of wear. Suite includes a separate bedroom and eating / living area. Good for entertaining guests (maybe another couple or two, possibly three). Kitchen area is small but satisfactory. No microwave but a decent sized mini refrigerator and in room icemaker. No dishes, utensils, paper towels, etc. are provided so plan to bring your own if you intend to serve food and would like to do a bit of cleanup. We went at a busy time and reported a problem with our in room safe upon arrival (likely a failed battery). After waiting 1.5 hours and calling three times, we finally gave up. It was not fixed during our stay. When we checked out, the front desk seem to have no record of it although we had called the front desk on the first night to report the problem with the safe as well as a problem with a missing knob on a dresser. Oh well… FYI, the room contains very little natural light. There is no window in the living area, and the master bedroom has only a very small window high at top. We used the many recessed lights and lamps.

We stayed here overnight only as we were on a long road trip. The hotel is connected on either side to Circus, Circus and Eldorado so it was almost like one continuous gaming floor. The rooms were a good size and provided a nice view of Reno and the mountains beyond. The whole place was clean. One comment - we arrived at 2.30pm (check-in is from 3pm). The reception had 3 staff sitting around but they wanted $25 each room for early check-in. Of course for the sake of 30 minutes we decided to wait. When 3pm came, there were about 20 people all trying to check-in at the same time - but only 2 reception staff available. Surely a small amount of leeway on timing would be common sense! Otherwise we enjoyed the free parking and the vibe of the hotel. The drinks on the ****** floor however were shockingly expensive (over $20 for a single Captain Morgan’s and Coke before tip).

Just beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.

The transportation is very convenient. Whether it is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to other places, it is very convenient to transfer the high speed I80. In addition, there are more places to eat next to the hotel. If you want to eat Chinese food, it is recommended to go to 110, drive is also very close, next to the hotel. There is a stadium and the walk in the past is very good! The service facilities in the hotel are also good, there is a gym!

It took us about an hour just to check in, then another half hour to get to the room…there was a huge line to get in the elevator. It was my first time at the circus circus and I got charged extra for resort fees and taxes, I usually stay at the GSR or Hampton inn and get a suite which would have cost me less and less stress and time.

None of the employees were wearing masks like they are supposed to be, that was an unpleasant surprise at check in. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of fresh cigarette smoke. The bathroom door hinges were coming loose, making the door very difficult to shut and open. The sink wouldn't drain. The floor was grimy and the AC unit appeared to have lots of food crumbs in it. The spot in front of the room was occupied by an abandoned vehicle (no plates), so that's nice. Safety issue. The door handle latch and deadbolt did not like to latch in the low morning temperatures, I basically had to throw my whole weight on it to get it locked. Then having assured it was locked when I left in the morning, the door was unlocked/unlatched when I returned, meaning someone who works there went in while I wasn't there and didn't make sure the door latch caught. If it was housekeeping they sure didn't tidy anything, or get the sink to work... Lest anyone think I am just too picky, I have stayed at other Motel 6 locations without having a bunch of problems to report. The microwave and fridge were clean, the sheets looked clean. The front desk lady was kind when I needed a new keycard.

We are here because of a Dr appointment and surgery so early morning appointments with doctors in walking distance it was the perfect choice. We got a smaller room, 1 king bed and our room includes a kitchen, actually has a refrigerator, microwave, small top burner stove, sink, coffee maker and is dog friendly. We’re here for 2 nights and it’s very convenient ,comfortable, clean, very nice staff, breakfast room, all good. We’ll be back for 2nd round of surgery in 2 weeks and already made our reservation

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures of this property, it is a very dirty property. The common areas had food left on the floors for several days such as cereal, outdoor trash areas were overflowing and the floors in the main area and in the kitchen areas of the room were sticky. The free breakfast isn't meant to be a gourmet meal, but this was sad. There were a few pieces of bread, cold English muffins and a cereal bar. By far the worst part of the breakfast was the eggs. They were cold and apparently they take them out of the fridge and plop them into a warming pan and let them sit and basically they are cold and don't warm up. The rooms themselves are decent in that the space provided is generous. We had two bedrooms and a total of five hangers. The pillows are flat, like I've never seen before. The windows had stoppers in them and could only be opened slightly, and the window sills were full of dust and dirt. They were gross to touch. The bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor, it felt very unstable. This property used to be a Residence Inn and it's now part of Sonesta ES and their brand is very nice and I had high hopes for this property. Stay away from this property, do not stay here, it's a mess and feels like it's being neglected. . I've reached out to Sonesta and they take feedback very seriously, if you've stayed here please let them know your experience so they can help this property reach the standards of Sonesta.

The place seems very unorganized. Tammy Adams is supposed to be the manager but we stayed 3 weeks and many things were not up to Hilton standards We had no phone , clock or desk lamp. I tried to call the front desk several times and let the phone ring at least 20 times each time and no one answered. I was a cancer patient and really was not well. I was taking meds every hour and a half day and night. Not having a clock was very difficult in the night. A friend sent flowers and she hadn’t heard from me so she actually called to find out that they had arrived so my husband went to get them. David, at the desk, said he’d come up to tell me but I he didn’t leave me sticky note on the door. If I had a phone , like at other hotels, I would have been left a message. We were told housekeeping would come on Thursday, then Friday then finally came on Saturday. I was really suffering and bed ridden. The housekeeper Allie was so accommodating and helpful. I want to compliment her. I asked about why she hadn’t come and she said she’d been assigned 413 not 415 those days. The next week no service until Monday of the following week then again on Wednesday. The day before we left. It seems like there is no house keeping supervisor. I do want to compliment Crystal who was serving breakfast and Wednesday evening social refreshments She is very friendly and helpful she makes sure the food is great. Home made cookies a favorite. Even though CRol Nicholson is the event manager, she is very friendly to the guests and staff. She helped us get our reservations straightened out because we had to stay the 2 weekends We could have been with out a room if Carol hadn’t fixed it. My husband had tried to arrange the reservations with Anita but not done right. A suggestion for the custodian. The lobby restroom floor was very wet after he mopped yes there was a cone saying wet floor but I suggest he be given a dry mop to use after using the wet one. A disabled lady had to use it and had to grab the sink. It’s not hard to dry the floor!!! I’m disappointed that the quality of this Hilton has dropped so much. We’ve been going there over 5 years because of my health problems.

I’ve been driving over 10 hours. Tired. Pulled in with a pickup and a 20’ cargo trailer. My length overall was around 46’. This is the first Motel 6 I’ve ever been to w/o some sort of oversized parking. I’m told I have to park on the street. Tell them I’ll just break it down into two units to park in the lot. Get an okay. As I’m backing my trailer up into a spot, the woman who checked me in comes out with some guy to tell me as I’d end up blocking another spot I can park here and I have to go out on the street around the corner. Mind you this place is NOT busy (I can tell by it being a weeknight, a half filled lot, and 8pm. As I again circle the lot, I see numerous vehicles, just by not parking straight, effectively taking up two spots. Walked back into the office after leaving my vehicles on the street instead of a fenced in lot and asked the guy at the desk if he was now going to police the lot for all the bad parking jobs. He said they would. I call bullpucky here. I hate petty little tyrants. I’ve been staying in Motel 6’s literally for decades. I’ve said in some very nice ones, and some sketchy ones. But I’ve never before had the staff at any of them needlessly bust my stones. Facility itself is fine. These staff members (June 14) need an education in customer service.

We stayed here while driving US-50 through northern Nevada. The hotel is very close to the airport, but we had no trouble sleeping due to noise or anything like that. Location is also good for restaurants and other services, and it's easily accessed from the Interstate. Hotel was good too; service was friendly and competent. Rooms were comfortable and modern; beds were fresh and sleep was good; bathroom was clean and the appliances worked well; and the Wifi worked well too.

I recently stayed at the Element Reno Experience and had a fantastic time. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to downtown Reno and nearby attractions. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made it convenient for preparing simple meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The hotel also has a nice fitness center and a refreshing pool, both of which I used during my stay. The staff at Element Reno were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or provide recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, the Element Reno Experience provides excellent accommodations with a focus on comfort and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Reno.

This place has been our home for two weeks every July since 2018. It has completely gone downhill. The staff is the rudest staff I've ever encountered at a Marriott. (Joanna (or close to this name) . They, including maids are extremely unhelpful and should not be working in hospitality. We encountered HOMELESS PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AND INSIDE THE HOTEL. I am a woman and was taking the stairs one afternoon, and there sits a homeless man inside the stairwell on a step. I screamed and ran back down to the first floor, out the door and to the front desk. The girl would NOT bother to help or call the cops. She said we could call the cops if we'd like. Really??? Wow! Never felt so scared and disrespected at a hotel like this in my life. We called corporate office and they could have cared less too. The rooms aren't as clean as they used to be. We found lot's of dark long hairs in our sink and shower. Very gross and disappointing because this place isn't cheap. We would NEVER stay here again. Homeless inside and outside a Marriott or any hotel for that matter is completely unacceptable. K. Oliszczak

Hotel was convenient to the Highway and easy to get to. Establishment was clean and fresh. Our room was clean, quiet, and confortable. Parking was on the tight side and there were only 3 handicapped spots that I observed. On the not so great side, staff was next to impossible to locate. THe front desk was a ghost town most of the time, The very small morning coffee and snack operation was a small cart locatedt next to the front door. If you did not get there withing 30 minutes of it opening, better luck next time. For the cost, this was not a good value and I could not reccomend it as there was really no offset for the extra cost.

Main reason to stay here is that it is right down the road from the airport. I found my room reasonably clean, no maintenance issue, though I had to call the front desk to have them explain how to turn on the AC (a hidden switch on the unit, which in turn activates the wall thermostat). It is a bit hard to find - set back from the street, and if you miss the turn, you have to go around the block. There are some food options in the immediate area. Microwave and fridge in the room. They serve real breakfast - well microwaved eggs and sausage patties - in the lobby starting pretty early. I was somewhat disturbed in that there is a corner of the parking lot, labelled ”smoking area”, that was pretty continuously occupied by men, who did not appear to be hotel guests (did not see any of them coming in/out of the lobby). I wondered who these people were, and if my car was safe in the lot. In the end, nothing happened, so was OK but I still wonder what was up with that. Inside, it was fairly quiet, some noisy guests in the hallways, but the noise of the AC fan masked that and I slept well.

The hotel is large, there is a conference center, the accommodation room is a bit far from the front desk. The clerk is very careful to tell how to stay, but the breakfast coupon is not provided. We booked 2 rooms and double breakfast. The result is not provided, and the confirmation from the front desk is given. One room for one voucher, we repeatedly confirmed whether it was 2 copies, the front desk said Yes, and ended up in the morning to eat at the restaurant and say a voucher. At the time of checkout, due to the delay of the UnionPay card pre-authorization, the friend could not confirm the payment. The friend changed to the VISA card and the 2 rooms were deducted for 3 times. We went to the bank credit card center to confirm that 3 117.94 knives (1 room rate) were deducted. The hotel clerk did not admit that he only deducted 2 117.94 knives and only provided bills for 2 rooms. If we disagree, we can only wait until 5-7 working days after the hotel clears the account.

Did not ask if we'd been to this hotel before, did NOT offer directions to the elevator, which are around the corner from the front desk, not visible and not obvious when looking for them. we wandered around with our luggage for several minutes before an employee helped us. This town has a severe shortage of taxi cabs, making getting anywhere difficult to impossible. There are no nearby restaurants, forcing guests to dine at their overpriced eateries.

BW Plus Boomtown is my choice for associates (truck drivers) when in need of hotel accommodations that offer location, truck parking, food options and affordability. The hotel ****** provides everything my associates need. Great location as well. I use this hotel numerous times throughout the year.

This was an unplanned trip for medical reasons and after long days at the hospital with a loved one this hotel had just what we needed. The food was good, the service was great, everything was really clean, and the new gym was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend. Michael at the front desk was friendly in the mornings, Danielle at the bistro was so positive & energetic that it was contagious, and Kevin in the restaurant overheard my daughter saying she thought she might like a grilled cheese & soup for dinner and he ducked out to start warming soup for her- just in case!
