Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

Could not find ' City Convenient Hotel' as described by Trip.com. We had to call the hotel to confirm the exact location, in the middle of the night ! Finally, we checked in the hotel namely ' CITY COMFORT INN'. Trip.com should pay more attention on the translation. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious with a sofa for two. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The location is superb for getting around with Mrt and there are plenty food outlets nearby including the morning market and the muslim street.

The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

great stay, the staff even knew how to speak a bit of english (which is good because we are foreign travellers). the room was very clean. the elevator sometimes took a long time and could be quite busy (due to patrons of other restaurants in the building), but it wasn’t a big issue. the best thing of this hotel is the location - very close to the muslim quarters and very close to Luomashi pedestrian street so there was a lot of great food a close walk away.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions and metro line. Take note that they do not have a front porch, so the dropoff usually directs to Shehui Road (社会路) and you have to walk through a carpark before you get to reception. There is another ibis hotel very close to this hotel - make sure you go to the correct one (even my tour guide got it wrong!) Service can be improved slightly as the reception staff often appeared bored. Housekeeping also entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed. Otherwise, room is clean and modern. There is a rooftop garden with perfect view of the Drum Tower.

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Great stay. English widely used here and easy for foreigners to intermingle with Chinese guests and staff. Also super clean and central to all the good stuff in Xian.

Excellent location for visiting the city walls, drum and bell towers and also the muslim quarter. Everything is within walking distance inkluding the metro station where you can take the metro to the terracotta warriors (metro + public bus) or to the high speed train station. Rooms are a bit outdated but still fine. The price is very good.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from South Gate. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods. We also used the laundry room that has self service. The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant who checked us in let us know that our original room (one large bed) could pick up noise from a nearby nightclub and offered to switch us to a room with two twin beds further away from the noise at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The free laundry machines/dryers were very convenient. The breakfast options were a bit sparse compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at in China, but there is still quite a bit of variety. The location of the hotel was great — very central and close to subway lines. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

My flight arrive around 2am. First time First time to Xian. Called hotel responded by sending a van tonpick. Checking in was quick. The room was clean, welcoming. All amenities in working condition except the hotel phone. So have to go downstairs to book van trip. Enquiries. Quite inconvenient. Breakfast is local food. No bread, coffee . Overall experience is good.

Convenient as located within airport. We booked one night since our flight is in the morning. The double bed is queen size, no space to turn for two adults. The bed and pillows are comfortable. It does feel claustrophobic when the door is closed. Quiet.

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

Waiting to pick up at airport quite long The breakfast start too late at 7AM, they should understand why people choose to stay at hotel near airport, cause the flight are early. I am suggest the breakfast can start at 6 AM or they prepare breakfast box, if the guest request when they check in

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

The plane was delayed and landed at 4 am. I communicated with the pick-up service the day before. The front desk had a sweet voice and the communication was very effective. The master arrived with the luggage. The pick-up master drove very professionally. The service was still online at midnight, which was very good! After arriving at the store, Wang Qian, the front desk, was efficient, gentle and elegant, with high professional quality, which made people relieve the fatigue of the journey. The room was super clean, with standard configuration and a full sense of atmosphere of lighting! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is more exquisite and can basically meet all tastes! Don't hesitate. This is the first choice near the airport. It can meet the expected requirements in all aspects. It is highly recommended!

The room is very new and clean. I like staying at the All Seasons every time. The breakfast is also very good. I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.

Great location, close to the sunrise terrace. Get up earlier than the sunset, because of the night hikers it can be more crowded than you would expect there. Toilets 100m outside the room, but the path is well illuminated. There is a restaurant in between, looks cheap but I haven't tried it. The building is huge, but the dorms are super small. Beds are confortable but bring ear plugs. Mobile data and phone reception are great on the mountain.

When the bus arrived very late, the boss also picked us up and dropped us off, and gave us a lot of climbing advice. If you need medicine in the middle, you will be sent to buy it. One of the best hotel we’ve ever been to. Number one, they took us at the train station to the hotel for free. Number two, they explained us everything we needed to know for hiking the Hua Shan mountain and they even provided us with gloves to ‘escalate’ some steep parts without hurting our hands. Number three, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have a breathtaking view on the mountain. Number four, they prepared our breakfast at 6am and then dropped us off at the park entrance. By the way if you want to go to the mountain by cable car, the hotel is just 1min away by foot from the entrance. They have also dropped us off at the train station when we had to leave. Very professional and gentle staff. Strongly recommended !!!

I found this hotel chain when I was choosing a hotel and booked a night there. After arriving, I found that the hotel equipment is very new, and the rooms also have many intelligent equipment, including laundry rooms and gyms. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the service is very considerate, the hygiene is very good, travel is very convenient, and the price/performance ratio is very good. It's also very high and a very nice hotel.

Fellow travellers were very happy with the large spacious room and amenities. After a very tiring Mt. Huashan climb, it was a welcomed relief to be back to a nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and gave extra bottles of water. Location is 5km either way to the Mt. Huashan ticketing center and XiyueMiao. Both places a definite must to visit when in HuaShan.

The hotel under the Jinjiang Group is still of high quality. The front desk service is very satisfactory, and the ladies are very nice! They will contact us in advance to see if we need to be picked up from the airport. But I had already made an appointment the day before. Then the pick-up was also on time, and they sent us back to the high-speed rail station for free after visiting Huashan. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and all of them are smart furniture, which gives a good experience. The buffet breakfast downstairs is also ok! Thumbs up! !

It's okay to pay more than 100 for a bed, very cost-effective, and a good night's sleep. It’s just that the price of this single room is too expensive. The price of 1,000 is just for a room, which only has an air conditioner, a TV, and no separate bathroom. It is a good deal for a multi-person bed with more than 100 beds per person. If you spend more than 1,000 to live in a single room alone, it is not worth it. ,

I am a foreign guest and they are able to register me. Stayed one night in a Double bedroom with toilet. The room is clean and toilet is well equipped with good shampoo and shower gel. The hot water works fine in evening but there was no hot water in the morning. Some room located facing main road so if light sleeper it could be noisy but I was OK. Plenty of restaurants next door and a convenient store too. Bus to train station passes in front of hotel or ulyou can book a private car from hotel for RMB20.

This is a very basic hostel type accommodation with very few amenities but in a location that is hard to beat. Right next to the west peak in the same building as a temple with the trail going right through the building (under the reception/restaurant). The pictures are taken at sunset from the peak about 3 minutes from the hostel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hostel shares the public toilets in the building complex. If you are ok with very basic accommodations but are looking for location, this could be for you.
