Location and view is marvelous. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy good food. Boating ride we took the package from the hotel and it was very reasonable for full 2 hours of ride over backwaters and it was awesome. Staff is very friendly and prompt.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

We absolutely loved the relaxed feel of this place. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is just brilliant, a real sun trap. The food was great too. We had a beautiful room. Yes there is a flyover just outside which is such a shame. But it did not detract from a fabulous stay. Great if you want a little escape from the business and having a bar is a huge bonus in this part of the world.

The atmosphere at kerala houseboat was truly remarkable. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The ambiance was serene and inviting, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the efforts made to maintain a pristine environment throughout my stay. The staff at kerala houseboat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. From check-in to check-out, i felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. Had made a bulk booking of nine rooms for a wedding function. I was a visitor from Canada. Housekeeping was a disaster. Very rude staff. No hot water in rooms and after complaining numerous times some of the bathrooms were somehow furnished with hot running water. Numerous rooms had broken doors in the shower cabinets. Rooms infested with mosquitoes in the evenings especially during this time of contagious diseases. Basement parking seldom has parking space. Had requested for a detailed bill on previous day of checkout and on checkout day front office informed bill was not ready and would email the same but till date no email from them. I suspect I have been overcharged but out of courtesy did not dispute the amount they charged me and also since I was leaving did not have time for argument. Would not recommend anyone to stay at the hotel especially tourists or anyone intending to book multiple rooms

Had an average stay experience. . Property does not have a private beach. But it is just 2 minutes walk to it. . Very limited food options and dishes have to be booked in advance as it takes time to prepare. Swimming pool did not look very clean. We did not see any security at the gate during night time which was a bit scary as the employees stay at the backside of the resort. Property in itself is small and does not have any other amenities than pool
